I thought the staff should have explained how to use my key to start the elevator - not everyone that stays with you use hotels often and so they might not know how to use certain things

Wonderful modern suite with large separate living room. Very comfortable. We’ll stay here again next time we’re in town.

The pool was closed and the only reason I stayed was to go to the pool with my grandkids. A notice was not added to the website.

Always a nice stay at the Embassy Suites.

Large spacious clean room. Loved the morning breakfast with omelets.

Overall the stay was good. However the air conditioning unit did not function properly. Our room was warm but tolerable. The elevator panels and button were filthy. Please wipe them down.

So convenient to airport. Best thing was the staff. Super friendly and helpful.

I celebrated my 50th here with a group of 12 friends. Each of them booked their own suites and we also had the Presidential suite. Our weekend stay was perfect in various ways. I’m typically a Marriott girl and I dare stay at another chain ( Lol) My mom has been a Marriott mgr for almost 30 yrs. I told her that I’m now Team Embassy suites now…..The service , bar area , open bar and breakfast options were top notch. I had one small Issue with a barking dog , I called to the front desk and it was handled. I’m a big dog lover : I was concerned bc he barked for hrs and I was afraid that something was wrong .Overall I have already been looking to book another staycation to enjoy the amenities available and to simply relax….

It was a good experience , I would recommend it to friends.

I always choose Embassy Suites because I get a great room, and look forward to the evening reception and complimentary breakfast.
