Avoid asking for anything from a female staff 😠, she's a waste of space. Hotel location is great, and room was good with seaview. In this review I will cover staff service and food opinion. 1 of the staff was useless, unhelpful and a real stuck up b****. She will ruin your mood. I'm living in Thailand for over 5 years and stayed at over 40 hotels around Thailand... I have never come across someone so st*p*d, unhelpful and disrespectful. I asked her so kindly if I can get some milk to make tea at 9:30pm, she said "there's no milk" I asked her how to you know without checking, her reply was kitchen is closed lol. I politely asked her can you please check, and help me with few drops of milk please, she just couldn't be bothered at all, which is totally disrespectful as we have booked expensive room and customer service was super shit at only 9pm. She shouldn't have a job at reception, demote her to clean toilet and pick rubbish off the beach. I had a hotel in Pattaya for 2 years, I never said no to customer, always got them what they wanted... But no this Miss thinks she a f***ing hiso royalty or something. I'll give you some free advice to be a better person even though you don't deserve it at all, never say no to customer over small things without trying to assist them, I think you should go to school and learn how to do customer service and make guest feel appreciated and welcome to stay at your hotel you s*lly moody gr*mpy cow. Hotel is good, breakfast is shit and don't waste your money ordering burgers or Western food it's (horrible). My friend said her Thai food was ok but she'd prefer Thai food from 7-11 over the food at the resort 🤣

พนักงานต้อนรับที่เคาว์เตอร์ คืนวันที่08-12-61 พูดจาไม่ดี หน้าบึ้งตึง ควรปรับปรุงอย่างยิ่ง เคยพัก2ครั้งที่ผ่านมาดี ครั้งนี้ไม่ประทับใจเลย

สระว่ายน้ำสวย บรรยากาศดี ห้องพักไม่เยอะ เงียบสงบมาก ตัวอาคารห้องพักอาจเก่าไปหน่อย แต่สะอาดดี พนักงานบริการดี อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกน้อยไปน้อย

พนักงานควรจะยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสกับผู้เข้าพัก

พนักงานไม่ค่อยมี service mind ไม่รู้ว่าเพราะเราเป็นคนไทย ก็เลยอะไรยังไงก็ได้

ประทับใจ แต่พนักงานเลือกบริการแต่ต่างชาติ

ไม่ประทับใจเรื่องการบริการเลย พนักงานไม่ดูตรวจสอบเอาใจใส่ ไม่บริการหิ้วสัมภาระ ไม่พาไปห้องพัก วันกลับฝนตก ขอยืมร่มหน้าฟรอนต์แต่พนักงานกลับให้เราเดินไปเอาร่มในห้องพักเอง อาหารเช้าไม่หลากหลาย

ประตูหลังไม่ควรติดเซ็นเซอร์ปิดแอร์ อาหารเช้าไม่หลากหลาย และควรเพิ่มคุณภาพอาหารขึ้นอีก เพิ่มจำนวนกุญแจต่อผู้เข้าพักด้วย ผ้าม่านในห้องน้ำไม่สะอาด ผ้าม่านประตูหลังบังแสงแต่ไม่มืด ตรวจสอบคุณภาพเครื่องปรับอากาศ แต่การบริการและที่พักถือว่าเหมาะสมกับราคา แนะนำให้มาพัก ที่คอมเมนต์เพื่อการปรับปรุงต่อไปเท่านั้น

บรรยากาศดี อาหารเช้าน้อยไปหน่อย แต่ก็อร่อย

ควรรักษาคุณภาพ มาตรฐานของโรงแรมอยู่ตลอดเวลา อาหารควรรักษาความสะอาดมากกว่านี้ ควรมีการจัดการเรื่องแมลง แต่ที่พักโอเคค่ะ สะอาด เรียบร้อย พร้อมเข้าพักอาศัย ดูน่าอยู่
