Hotel staff are good, rooms are clean but rooms especially bathrooms are too small

Friendly staff. The property is conveniently located in the city centre close to everything and it has very nice rooms.

Room was modern and had a useable balcony. For us it was a great location with numerous places to eat and drink nearby that had character and were authentic. The staff on reception were lovely, helpful and welcoming. The hotel was ver clean and the breakfast quite goid for a three star hotel.

The only complaints we had was there was no lighting on the balcony,or kettle and tea making facilities in the room or a disabled toilet on the ground floor.Apart from that everything and the staff were excellent.

Nice hotel

We loved all of it! Amazing service. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I can't wait to visit Thessaloniki again to book in the same hotel.

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!

Awesome staff, awesome restaurant and breakfast, clean facilities, walkable to city center and shoping etc. This hotel going to be our first option for next visit.

The staff was very friendly, but not very informative. You had to figure out your own excursions and travel modes. In addition, the attempt at a double bed was to put 2 single beds that were on casters together. So the beds slid apart during the night. The tiniest bathroom we have ever had in Europe. But a great location to walk to the centre of the city and easy access to lots of great restaurants.

Rooms very small

A great choice in Thessaloniki. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Wonderfully central location, within walking distance of all of Thessaloniki's principal sights.

Lovely / helpful staff. Convenient location. Great breakfast. Would have liked standard products in room (lotion, shampoo) rather than having to ask, but a small quip.

I stayed for 1 day, got a great studio at 7th floor with great view.

The staff were all very polite, helpful and friendly. The hotel room was very nice. I'd asked for twin beds but received a double, though it does state that requests can not be guaranteed. There was no kettle in the room, due to health & safety, though I'm sure there were pics of coffee makers in some of the more exclusive rooms. The breakfast was varied and tasty, the hotel is clean and it isn't too far to the city centre or transport links. I would definitely stay again!

Breakfast buffet was great. Room extremely small. Advertising "limited FREE parking" deceptive - ONLY 5 spaces! Poor directions and staff unhelpful to find alternative parking. Didn't plan on cost of 12E per day!
