整個飯店當然有五星級飯店的水準，早餐也非常的豐富服務人員也很盡責熱情，唯一的缺點是免費的Spa就是個冷水游泳池，如果是溫水的會更好！

很清潔也很有禮貌，可惜房間沒有浴缸。

Overall it was a pleasant stay! Great location, spacious room and posh lobby and restaurants. However, we had a higher expectation since it’s “Grand hotel” we are taking about. I think the quality of breakfast could be improved. It’s quite “average” or even basic for me. On our second day of stay there was a power outage….😅

it was ok, just because it's famous signature hotel in karlovy vary, I stay before New Year's Eve so the price is bit high, the breakfast and spa is awesome, swimming pool is fine if the price is fair, definely will go again

喜歡Grandhotel PUPP! 位置正核心, 飯店很美, 桑拿設施很棒, 住宿期間至少去使用一次不要浪費錯過體驗. 付費的Spa也很推薦，建議一入住就先預約、如果只有二天一夜時間，可以預約退房後的下午時間. 餐廳很美晚餐不貴, 一人套餐1350捷克幣左右. 唯一要注意的是飯店有二棟：也是本館很美的,另一是在Casino 區的別館，要確認訂到是本館否則心情會受影響 落差一看就挺大的! 離開回布拉格時請飯店幫忙叫計程車（當地無Uber服務)到bus 站 費用很合理 300捷克幣,跟來時自己在巴士站搭的計程車費一模一樣, 但車子（賓士)跟司機水準都好很多. 忘了說早餐豐富品質很好.

It's a nice hotel,we booked the cheapest room so the room was at lower floor and small,without bathtub. We had little time to travel this time so it was OK cause we didn't stay for a long time. And of course it's a pity that we didn't go to the spa. BTW parking fee was EUR15 not 14. Breakfast was good. Karlovy Vary was good, we had a good time here.

這家飯店的房間至少分為新舊兩區，除了外觀和裝潢精緻度有差別，入住登記reception櫃台也不在同一個位置。團體旅遊和亞裔會被安排到較後面且較簡樸的那一棟入住，客房內的備品兩區等級不同，我入住的這區，早餐餐廳空間非常擁擠，食物甚至比房價只有一半的飯店還差。訂房網頁並沒有告知我會被安排在不同等級的房間，感覺受到欺騙和某種歧視。另外，這裡明明是溫泉區，但是飯店的spa區域用的水卻只是普通自來水，而非有療效的溫泉水，也和期待不符。

Nice hotel with a very good swimming pool and spa facilities. Could be more attentive if the steam and sunna facilities are also available in the morning.

Dejligt hotel. Vi blev lidt skuffede over, at vi skulle bo i en anden bygning, der hedder Quisana som ligger lige overfor hotellet og ikke på selve det smukke hotel, som vi troede. Det var vi ikke opmærksomme på da vi bookede, men vi bookede også det billigste værelse. Derudover Rigtig god service og dejlig morgenmad.

Von außen Grandhotel von Innen Best Western Innerhalb des Hotels gibt es eine Zwei Klassengesellschaft. Hat man im Parkside Bereich gebucht, MUSS Man das Frühstück in dem Bereich wahrnehmen, welches definitiv kein 5 Sterne Frühstück sondern eher 3 Sterne Frühstück ist. Sehr eingeschränkte Speiseauswahl. Möchte man ein Omelett, muss dieses Extra gezahlt werden. Wir waren 2018 schon mal im Grandhotel und da war das noch anders. Wir haben versucht im Riverside Trakt zu frühstücken, wurden jedoch barsch abgewiesen. Auch ein Gespräch mit der Rezeption war ergebnislos. Fazit: Parkside Trakt ist 3 Sterne für Pauschaltouristen und Massenabfertigung. Wir kommen nicht wieder, da hier Grandhotel verkauft wird, wo nicht Grandhotel drin ist

Top Adresse, wunderschöne Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal. Wellness/Sauna Bereich ausbaufähig.

Das Zimmer war an sich schön, allerdings war der Geruch im Zimmer sehr unangenehm. Es hat nach Toilette gerochen und die Lüftung hat ebenfalls nicht funktioniert. Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich und das Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen.

Simplesmente uma das melhores experiências que ja tive.
