整個飯店當然有五星級飯店的水準，早餐也非常的豐富服務人員也很盡責熱情，唯一的缺點是免費的Spa就是個冷水游泳池，如果是溫水的會更好！

很清潔也很有禮貌，可惜房間沒有浴缸。

Overall it was a pleasant stay! Great location, spacious room and posh lobby and restaurants. However, we had a higher expectation since it’s “Grand hotel” we are taking about. I think the quality of breakfast could be improved. It’s quite “average” or even basic for me. On our second day of stay there was a power outage….😅

it was ok, just because it's famous signature hotel in karlovy vary, I stay before New Year's Eve so the price is bit high, the breakfast and spa is awesome, swimming pool is fine if the price is fair, definely will go again

喜歡Grandhotel PUPP! 位置正核心, 飯店很美, 桑拿設施很棒, 住宿期間至少去使用一次不要浪費錯過體驗. 付費的Spa也很推薦，建議一入住就先預約、如果只有二天一夜時間，可以預約退房後的下午時間. 餐廳很美晚餐不貴, 一人套餐1350捷克幣左右. 唯一要注意的是飯店有二棟：也是本館很美的,另一是在Casino 區的別館，要確認訂到是本館否則心情會受影響 落差一看就挺大的! 離開回布拉格時請飯店幫忙叫計程車（當地無Uber服務)到bus 站 費用很合理 300捷克幣,跟來時自己在巴士站搭的計程車費一模一樣, 但車子（賓士)跟司機水準都好很多. 忘了說早餐豐富品質很好.

It's a nice hotel,we booked the cheapest room so the room was at lower floor and small,without bathtub. We had little time to travel this time so it was OK cause we didn't stay for a long time. And of course it's a pity that we didn't go to the spa. BTW parking fee was EUR15 not 14. Breakfast was good. Karlovy Vary was good, we had a good time here.

這家飯店的房間至少分為新舊兩區，除了外觀和裝潢精緻度有差別，入住登記reception櫃台也不在同一個位置。團體旅遊和亞裔會被安排到較後面且較簡樸的那一棟入住，客房內的備品兩區等級不同，我入住的這區，早餐餐廳空間非常擁擠，食物甚至比房價只有一半的飯店還差。訂房網頁並沒有告知我會被安排在不同等級的房間，感覺受到欺騙和某種歧視。另外，這裡明明是溫泉區，但是飯店的spa區域用的水卻只是普通自來水，而非有療效的溫泉水，也和期待不符。

Koselig å være på spa her. Men rommet var ikke godt nok. Det var masse mygg på rommet når vi sjekket inn, som var sjenerende for oss. Da vi skulle sove var det meget høylytt gjennom hele natten fra rommet ved siden av, det hørtes ut som om de var inne på vårt rom. Det burde vært isolering mellom rommene, særlig på et 5-stjernershotell hvor man kommer for å slappe av. Hotellet var nydelig ellers, god frokost og greit spa, men rommet vårt var ikke godt nok.

I was COMPLETELY & UTTERLY disappointed with our stay. I am TRULY bewildered with the fact this is SUPPOSED to be a 5-star hotel! I have wanted to stay here since I saw the hotel on the movie Last Holiday….do yourself a favor, DO NOT spend the time, expense, nor travel to waste it all!!! I’m sure at one time, during its “heyday” it was a lovely place to stay, however, we found the public spaces were worn, sad, barren, smelly and dirty (looked as though no one had vacuumed nor dusted for months!) The carpets are in desperate need of replacement, it needs to be painted, as well as simple repairs throughout. Though, I must add, our room itself was very clean (small miracle). Attention: Hotel Pupp employee who is responsible for comment evaluation: Do NOT leave me a canned response as you have with every other person who has left comments. For YEARS, you have known and are completely aware of the degradation of this establishment, yet nothing is done about it!! These comments are STRICTLY to let others know about the sad situation which will befall them if they still decide to visit. I truly wish I would have read the reviews BEFORE I stayed. Lesson learned😞

Stunning hotel in the heart of Karlovy Vary. The staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout the stay. The room and amenities were of the highest standard, offering both comfort and luxury. One highlight I’d highly recommend is visiting the Becher Bar—don’t miss their unique in-house cocktails, which were truly exceptional.
