De passage dans la charmante ville de Cluj-Napoca, nous avons eu la bonne idée de sélectionner cet hôtel. En effet, l’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, à deux pas du centre ville, le personnel est à l’écoute de la clientèle (et très réactif), la literie est très bonne, l’hôtel silencieux, et très propre. Nous étions en famille, et franchement il a fait l’unanimité. Clairement le meilleur hôtel du coin.

Lovely warm welcome, all staff were excellent. Property well located close to old town. Super clean and great breakfast. Air con did not cool down our room sufficiently and pillows uncomfortable but these are only minor isues.

坂の途中にあるため歩きでのアクセスがちょっと大変だが、おしゃれで可愛らしい内装なので快適に滞在でき、その上価格もリーズナブルなのでオススメできる。 日本人としてはホテルのすぐ近くに日本食レストラン「Tokyo」があるのも嬉しいポイント（予約が必要ですが）。 朝食は価格なりですが必要十分な内容。席に着くと「コーヒーはいかがですか」と聞きに来てくれるのは嬉しい。 部屋にはスマートテレビがありNetflix等のアカウントをお持ちの方は視聴できますが、自動ログアウト機能は無いのでチェックアウト時は忘れずにログアウトしてください。私が宿泊した時は前の宿泊者のアカウントが入ったままで困りました。 Wifiは非常に高速で困ることはありませんでした。 総じて価格の割に快適な滞在が出来たのでオススメです。

Very comfortable and clean, and the staff were super helpful. Great breakfast too! Be warned that while it is a 10 min walk from just about everything you’d want to do, it is at the top of a steep hill, which can be a tough climb at the end of a long day. Bolt/Uber is an easy way to beat that though! (Rides are cheap) All in all, a fantastic experience and will definitely stay here next time I’m in Cluj.

Very nice hotel, good location, quiet, beautiful and spacoius room, splendid breakfast. Comfotable beds. Free parking available right by the building. Would love to come back!

Excellent hotel, very well maintained , with a very good breakfast in an excellent location. I would sayvtbe standard was more than the 3 stars they have, very close to a 4 stars.

"Challenging" stairs in front of the hotel, and so is the climbing from the old city to the hotel. Good location. Good breakfast.

It is the best hotel we have stayed in Europe. There is no criticism related to cleaning, comfort, location and staff. If l visit Cluj again, l’ll stay here. Thank you, we appreciate.
