Room #227. Above the bed there is a very low ceiling slope against which I hit my head hard three times until it bled. The owners should think about the safety of their clients and their reputation: for the safety of their residence - 0

I could not take a shower during the whole three-day stay in winter due to lack of warm water

The shower water wasn’t hot enough in the bathroom. The towels were very poor quality. The room was warm & clean.

The hotel is just outside the old town in a quiet area. Its in easy reach of the bus and train stations so handy for public transport. Our room was compact but had everything we needed and was very warm, useful in December. Security is excellent. Excellent value with friendly staff.

Friendly staff at the reception. Very nice, indivdual room. Loved it to get a room with a bathtube. Know however, that most rooms have showers.

I believe that the furniture can be up to date. It was a bit cold in the room in full winter, but overall it was very ok! ah and the breakfast could be at least 30 min longer that would be cool, and some eggs, 13 € for it is too much, so upgrade the breakfast or lessen the price of the breakfast. otherwise it's a nice property, it's well located, and it's calm, etc... the staff are very nice and it was clean

Unfortunatelly hotel does not offers posibility to have a lunch or dinner and you have to weait for hot water in the bathroom very long time.

From the time we checked in to the time we checked out everything was 5 stars.

Mysigt litet hotell med ”miljötänk”. Jättetrevlig personal i receptionen och rent och fräscht. Litet minus på att duschen inte blev tillräckligt varm. Annars ett riktigt trevligt boende med gångavstånd till centrum och stationen.

The location was perfect for seeing the town. The service was a bit off, especially with check-in only possible between 3PM and 7PM. I don't know what made this hotel especially eco friendly, and this was definitely not a four star hotel. If you think of it as 3 stars and compare it to the price you pay for a night, it is a good deal.

This hotel can not have 4 *. The personell are friendly. But the rooms decoration is like 2-3 * hotel. There isnt any safety box in the room. Ther check in time is only between 3-7 pm. There isnt anybody from the hotel after 7 pm. If you have got any problem nobody can help you to solve it. If you pay money they must host you and solve all of your problems.

Staff are very welcoming and friendly throughout the whole stay. Eco friendly facilities and in a great location, highly recommended!

Hotel staff was nice and helpful.

Check-in was rather slow ans chaotic, problems with computer system. Otherwise stay was fine. Good location about 5 mins from station and 10 mins from city centre

A quality hotel in all regards: good size room with excellent facilties; recent & modern renovation; helpful, freindly staff; excellent breakfast. 10-15 minute walk from train/bus station or minumum taxi fare (=E3). Well located for old town and other attractions, no more than 15 minute walk. *Excellent* value too. Wifi was a bit unstable in the room at times. Double glazed windows and curtains make for a quiet sleep
