整潔舒適 員工態度很好

WiFi 有點慢，櫃臺很友善，24小時免費使用咖啡bar跟飲水機，也有微波爐可以使用，廁所跟浴室感覺是一般隔間隔出來的，浴室的燈很暗，不習慣！

This is a cheap stay with great location. It is in the middle of everything, yet in a quiet street so you can have a good night sleep and still be only steps away from the central area.

Staff employees were courteous and helpful. Location was perfect, centric, close to train stations and places of interest such as Plaza Mayor. Free coffee and tea are a plus. Room needs some improvements, tiles right outside of the shower were loose.

O atendimento, localização e limpeza são ótimas! O que deixa a desejar é a infraestrutura do quarto, principalmente a parte do chuveiro que são placas de madeira, e com o água na madeira, causou infiltração e mau cheiro! Precisamos trocar de quarto, e no segundo quarto a infiltração estava igual!

Nice shower and comfy bed but room little tired in some areas

One of the best continental breakfasts we've had in 14 years of international travel. Wide variety of food from fresh fruit to panninis and a coffee maker that makes a very decent cappuccino. The staff is excellent and very helpful in pointing out places to go and calling a taxi for us to get to the airport timely (and what an experience is the Madrid airport -- give yourself extra time to get through security and to take the tram to the international gates).

The location was great, the front desk employees were always friendly and ready to help. The room was clean.

The hotel was good value for the central area . Reception, cleaning was excellent. The breakfasts were an extra €9 each and limited but ok. The weather outside was cold and it took a while for the room to heat up with the air con and separate electric wall heater but was then fine.The view from the window was disappointing but quiet.

El aire acondicionado indicaba a 25•C no obstante, no era suficiente para mantener templada la habitación por lo que hacía mucho frío, preguntamos sobre la caleccion y nos indicaron que se usa solo en algunas ocasiones de emergencia…

Equipe super atenciosa, localização fantástica, quarto com bom espaço. Há café, chá, chocolate quente, água e microondas a disposição dos hóspedes sem custo. Valeu muito a pena ficar nesse hotel.

Oda, otel temizdi, personeller gayet kibar ve ilgiliydi. Otelin konumu mükemmel zaten. Bazı detayların daha iyi olabileceğini düşünüyorum; kaldığım odada ıslak hacimlerin dizaynı, ayrıntılı vestiyer, kahvaltıya belki sıcak ilaveler eklenebilir gibi)

Todo estuvo muy bien, buena ubicación, la limpieza bien, el personal amable y atento ofrece todo lo que dice.

Petit hôtel très bien placé. Bon rapport qualité prix pour la capitale. Eau et café en service libre. Le seul inconvénient c'est qu'il n'y a pas de pommeau de douche et une lumière dans la douche aurait été un +. Merci pour votre accueil je recommande cet hôtel.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location just a couple minutes walk from Puerto Del Sol. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of choice and good quality. Rooms were quiet and comfortable.
