Nice environment and the room has nice view to the forest. The temperature of outdoor spring is not hot enough. The pools are not enough for guests and iris quite noisy as people keep talking when enjoying the spring and sunset. Good to have Cleese c

The new spa policy allowing noise doesn’t align with my taste, and the tranquility that once defined the Yasuragi experience is no longer there. Sorry to say, but I will not be a guest again if this new policy is not changed.

Very good spa. Food good but restaurant not really the best viber as they are seperated and not full off people then. rooms good as well. Nice friendly staff. A bit rigid rules that bar closes at 23 already and you are not allowed to stay and finish your drink at the bar but have to take it to the room. But would very much recommend as spa is really good!

We had a really great time in the Japanese baths. So many different choices and very quiet and relaxing. Dinner at Minamo was just ok, but breakfast was pretty nice. Overall, we enjoyed our time and plan to come back.

Fantastiskt förutom maten som är genomgående fantasilös & dyrt för det som serveras.

We really enjoyed the pools. We wish there was something like this in the US. Sweden is so wonderful. It’s so much more peaceful than here. If you haven’t tried Yasurgi, you have to visit!

Beautifull place. I love the spa and the classes.

It was a cousy view, with forest outside but not so thick; You could see bigger glimpses of the ocean. The staff was great, facility good, only things were that it was a little bit could when walking barefoot (in slippers) all day + that the Dojo could be a bit more sound proof. Overall a very positive experience and I will visit Yasuragi again.

Kraftigt berusade personer i poolområdet, hittade snus i sängen på rummet från tidigare gäster och fick en festival känsla snarare än spa. Har tidigare haft bra erfarenhet från Yasuragi men det här va under all kritik.

Något skymd sikt ut mot havet då det var mycket träd, men det beror ju på vart man får rummet säkert. Något små irriterad personal på frukosten och spa. Dock mycket fint spa! God varierande frukost. Fjärrkontrollen på vårat rum var borta, men det fixade personal. Vi kommer komma tillbaka! Jätte fint.

Underbemannat från reception till restaurang. Oprofessionellt bemötande från restaurang delen. Överbokar hotellet, finns inte plats för vissa aktiviteter samt ofta trångt i de olika polerna samt bastu. Mat på hotellet är väldigt svagt i service. Då det ej finns plats för att äta om man ej har bokat i förtid. Hotellet har mycket att arbeta på och kommer absolut inte rekommenderas 0/10.

The spa experience was absolutely fantastic and lived up to the reputation. However, the room was quite cold during my stay; even with the thermostat set to the maximum, it didn't warm up. Everything else was great, but I hope they can look into the heating!
