Amazing

Veldig dårleg service på kvelden samanlikna med tidlegare opphold. Maten var mykje mindre variert enn før. Tidlegare fekk me ekstra såpe, krem, skrubb på rommet . Dette er no tatt bort. Har vore på dette hotellet 9 gonger før, så denne gongen var ev skuffa.

Vi hadde et flott opphold.

Det var super lækkert hotel, super dejligt personale. Kun lydisolering var lidt problematisk.

This is a nice hotel, but we also stayed at an other Lopesan hotel in GC and it was a nightmare. A lot of cockroach in the pool, room and everywhere. The food was also really bad and it was dirty. The hotel is Lopesan interclub Atlantic.

This place is nice but I’d probably opt to not stay here again. It’s a lovely resort that I think is especially suited for families with children, but as a solo traveler I think that also made it less than ideal for me. I found the place super crowded all the time which made finding a spot by the pool challenging. People literally were claiming chairs before breakfast started, so if you went down after 9am, almost none were left. I ultimately didn’t even go into the pools because there were so many people (although there did seem to be a small window between noon and 2pm when the crowds dipped for a bit). I did manage to spend several hours over a few days comfortably camped out pool side reading. I’m also kind of an introvert who doesn’t speak Spanish, so ultimately I opted to not enjoy the restaurants for any meals. I did have room service a few times, which was super easy and efficient and the quality wasn’t bad. The African theme was kind of cheesy, the fake animals in the bushes seemed lame, the art on the walls seemed basic and childlike, but the actual turtles swimming in the little ponds were awesome. The Wi-Fi never really worked for me, even after maintenance supposedly fixed it. The flat screen was also unable to cast from iPhones, I think it was Samsung compatible only, so no Netflix streaming was possible. Overall, it served its purpose as a relaxing getaway, but I’d opt for something else in the future if I ever returned to Gran Canaria.

Fantastisk ferie, super servicemindet personale

Impoluto todo y el personal cercano y encantador. Lo único que me pareció un poco difícil fue el tema iluminación que era muy tenue en el dormitorio y hacía difícil verse bien. La temperatura del agua de las piscinas era ideal y el entorno ..... un parque temático espectacular. Sin duda volveré.

Skøn, frisk og lækker morgenmad

Had a perfect week's stay. All the staff were so friendly, helpful, and made us feel incredibly welcome. Breakfast was fantastic - we loved the pancakes, fresh fruit, and eggs. The pools are beautiful and as the main lazy river winds around the beautifully planted grounds there's always somewhere fairly private and quiet to lay out. The bars are very fairly priced, with great drinks. Housekeeping quick and great attention to detail. Little details like the access to shower room after you've checked out are so helpful! We don't want to leave!

Poolområdet var väldigt trevligt, precis som på bilderna. Det var inga problem att få solsängar med trevlig utsikt. Rummet var stort och fräscht, men lite dålig ljudisolering. Hotellet var anpassat för både vuxna par och familjer med små barn. Är generellt väldigt nöjd med vistelsen, kommer gärna tillbaka

Mir fehlte etwas Licht

Ok, very dark lighting vibe and not a 5 star experience but well located with lovely pool areas. Check in took a while and no parking for guests (had to park on street a fair walk from hotel or pay €12 a day on site). Huge hotel and our room was miles from all the amenities. Ok but would choose another for the price.
