The reception services at check-in very bad. They don't try to help solve problem. Bed type selection in advanced is also useless, they still cannot provide as we booked.

We stayed 3 nights at the Royal Garden Hotel. You can take Bus no. 21A from Hongkong International Airport to the hotel. The location is very great, within 3-5 min walk to East Tsim Sha Tsui and Avenue of Star. The hotel around is Shangri-La, Regal Kowloon, Intercontinental Hotel. It's a very nice neighborhood, close to Nathan road and Mong Kok and Hongkong Museum Science (The one at Granville Rd). It's considered an old hotel, however it's been very well managed and you will feel very comfortable staying in the hotel. The hotel doesn't provide bottle water as part of following HK local Government policy for go green, however they provide a small filter water close to the wastafel as the solution. The hotel provides toothbrush, bathtubs, hair dryer, shampoo, and soap. They have a very nice swimming pool also at 17th floor with a safety guard looking after. The swimming pool operation time is 07.00am-19.00pm, however please take note it's closed at 12.30-13.30 for the lunch break of the safety guard and they will not allow anybody in the pool without the safety guard around and if the weather is thunder they will also close the pool, showing a high concern on visitors safety. The Royal Garden to Hongkong International Airport. 1. Walk about 5-10 mins from The Royal Hotel Garden to Hongkong Science museum center at Granville Rd. 2. Right in front of the museum you may see the bus terminal. 3. Take the bus no. 21 21 and just sit down nicely. 4. The bus will take you directly to the airport within 1 hour 15-30mins, depends on the traffic. 5. The bus will stop right in front of the terminal one and you can just simply get inside to check in. 6. The cost is hkd 35/person. You may also find MC. Donald within 5-10 min walks from the hotel. Many 7 elevens are around. We did enjoy our stay at the Royal Garden Hotel. It's a recommended one if you are looking for a hotel within city area.

Lokasi bagus, pelayan ramah, ruangan nyaman. Walau agak kelihatan tua, tapi overall baik dan nyaman.

Location is good, nearby some tourist places.

1st of all we checked in with superior room and the room do have a bad odour. We change about 4 rooms. And lastly we settle at the Junior Suites which they upgraded for us free and without a choice we need to stay in. Later late night we realised the door lock is spoiled. Due to it's already midnight when we find out we didn’t care to ask them up for a repair. Lastly when we’re about to sleep we realised the table light of the right is spoiled. I don’t expect this kind of things to happen to a five star grades hotel. Truly disappointed.
