good location, can walk to the old bridge and resident

This hotel is not very comfortable to live in. At night, there are many little bugs and flies flying into the room through the window.Yet, we can't close the window to sleep as there is no air-con in the hotel. The service of this hotel is not very organized. We have booked our room arround three months before we get there, but the hotel can't arrage our two rooms even on the same floor.

rooms are small with very limited furniture.Staffs seem not friendly to the customers. The room charge was expensive

很温馨的小房间，不过我有两只大箱子，都打开就没有地方走路了。酒店的工作人员很好，早饭很丰盛，房间内的无线网有些麻烦，必须得定时登录。

Zimmer war sauber und das Personal freundlich. Der Frühstück war nur OK.

Das Hotelzimmer ist recht klein, was nicht schlimm ist, wenn man nur ein Bett braucht. Aber was total unverständlich ist, dass es nicht möglich ist, das Zimmer in irgendeiner Art zu Kühlen. Bei knapp 30°C im Zimmer kann man nicht schlafen - trotz vollständig geöffnetem Fenster. Der Ventilator ist so laut, dass man diesen nachts nicht laufen lassen kann. Daher habe ich 2 Nächte mit äußerst wenig Schlaf verbracht. Es war kein Frühstück inkludiert. Es wurde mir aber nicht gesagt, dass ich keins gebucht hatte, sondern selbstverständlich auf die Zeiten verwiesen und wo es ist. Dadurch musste ich beim Check-Out noch drauf zahlen (ok, halb meine Schuld, hätte ich prüfen müssen. Aber ein Hinweis wäre schon nett gewesen).

The hotel is in a good location, the staff friendly, and the rooms clean and cozy. 4 stars because they don't offer discount for parking. Though, if one plans carefully, street parking is free after 1900.

Extrem freundliches Personal – besonders die Chefin ist sehr freundlich und Gäste orientiert! Ich komme gerne wieder! Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Günstig und super erreichbar

Ausser das das Zimmer direkt gegenüber des Fahrstuhles war , war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Hotel Franziskaner. Gutes Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal.

The only real small issues were the thin pillow, tiny shower and curtain that didnt quite reach the floor. And they use keys and everyone had trouble figuring out which way to turn them and it made alot of noise.

This hotel is a very good choice for solo travellers, my room was small but clean and modern. Had very nice weather when I was there so the roof terrace would’ve been good to know about but no information was given about this. The rooms overlooking the car park on the 3rd floor also have balconies. I do wish that hotels without a bar would provide Tea/ Coffee trays, you can request a kettle but that’s all you get. I didn’t have the buffet breakfast as I prefer to eat later the cost was €13. Walking distance to all attractions, don’t miss the Residenz it’s quite stunning with beautiful gardens.

Das Personal war sehr nett,die Lage ist zentral und trotzdem angenehm ruhig . Das nächste Mal wieder 👍

Außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal. Ich kam sehr spät an und man fand für die Schlüsselübergabe eine pragmatische Lösung, für die ich sehr dankbar war. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich, insbesondere das Bad. Und auch am Frühstücksbuffet war nichts auszusetzen.

Staff was nice and with very good hospitality. The room was quiet and large enough, and the view from the balcony was lovely. Being in the middle of the town, it was overall a good hub to explore around Würzburg!
