Great property, very popular with families due to its proximity to the amusement park Gardaland as well as the Garda lake. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any request, the breakfast and dinner buffets had plenty of fresh and diverse options. The room was par for the course, however I found quite strange that there was no ventilation system which could cope with the water vapour after a shower.

Our stay here was amazing! Although we were only here for one night, we wish we got to stay longer. The building, rooms, and staff are all lovely. This is in very close proximity to Gardaland and Movieland for some fun day trips. We would absolutely recommend!

Great stay if you are visiting Gardaland, which is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The included buffet breakfast was outstanding! My only complaint is that if you use the pool, you just rent towels and purchase swim caps.

Very nice property, walkable distance from Gardaland which was the purpose of our trip! Nice pool and outside area!

Nice option close to Gardaland.

Staff was great and so was the hotel. Very comfortable clean and nice room. Perhaps a little over priced for my opinion. Recommend you hire a car to get around if traveling around Garda as taxi can result expensive as it’s a bit away from center.

PEaceful property but far away from shopping and food afeas

This is our second time at this hotel. The staff at the dining hall is not frienldly at all, pretty messy, not well oraganized. Lack of man power. They accuse the guests with their faults. The prepaid dinner does not include any water or beverages!!! Be aware, and do not order anything there. They will charge a lot of money for that! Awful sercive of the managment that doen't care! The reception desk is helpful and very kind snd polite. Mattresses are too soft, and should be changed. Rooms are clean.

The pool was nice but closed really early at 6 pm.

An invasion of ants in the bathroom.

Unfortunately the room this time was not completely clean. Dead mosquitos on the roof of the room and one towel full of hairs. However it is the most convenient location close to Gardaland.

The hotel has a very good location. The shower had curtains not attached to the floor thus the bathroom was flodded after every use. The twin bed was not very comfortable and felt like the shape of the former guests. The breakfast was quite boaring. Donatella from the ticket point was very helpfull and very nice.
