1. When I arrive with 3 huge luggage, no body came out for help, they just watching, funny is the security is kind to open the door, but hey, I am 5 meter away from the door, how can I move all the luggage all together myself without leaving them on the street? 2. The king size bed is actually combine with two bed, so can't sleep in the middle and the matrix are old and lack of support 3. Breakfast is a nightmare, you can't find plate or spoon, I have to take it from other table and using small coffee shop dishes to put my breakfast 4. No hot food in breakfast, or was hot but not keeping them in hot condition 5. I stay for 6 night and one day is raining and there is no umbrella I can use, so I need to bring an umbrella all the way from asia and fly to Buenos Aires just because there is chance of raining? 6. Air con works terribly, I switch to "HI" but barely any air from the van. 7. A lot of noise from the street, specially the police car usually stops in front of the hotel

Clean room, the gym was well enough equipped. Most walkable parts of the city, lots to do and close to almost everything.

El hotel esta situado en una ubicación privilegiada, cerca de las atracciones de Buenos Aires, compras, comida teatros, distracciones. Accesibilidad inmejorable con buses, taxis y subterráneo. Desayuno bastante bueno, quizá le falta un poco de mejoras pero son mínimas, ya que la habitación estaba en muy buen estado

Having the same breakfast menu …. Not recommended if planning a longer stay . Otherwise location is good .

O Hotel é bem localizado, roupa de cama e de banho são boas, mas o atendimento é muito inferior ao nível do hotel. No elevador consta que o restaurante fecha as 23:00, mas desde 22:30 não é mais possível fazer qualquer pedido. Não existe serviço de quarto, então nem uma água é possível pedir depois deste horário. O serviço de arrumação do quarto é muito fraco, em todas as três noites que fiquei no hotel o frigobar não foi reposto, bem como, foi deixada apenas uma toalha de banho. Pedi outra por várias vezes, mas nunca veio. Enfim, o Hotel tem uma estrutura boa e somente isso.

La persona de la recepción solamente me hizo el check-in hasta 20 minutos después que llegué por que estaba hablando con otro funcionario del hotel.

Good room, got an upgrade to executive. The room was extremely noisy. Noise from the exterior.
