1. When I arrive with 3 huge luggage, no body came out for help, they just watching, funny is the security is kind to open the door, but hey, I am 5 meter away from the door, how can I move all the luggage all together myself without leaving them on the street? 2. The king size bed is actually combine with two bed, so can't sleep in the middle and the matrix are old and lack of support 3. Breakfast is a nightmare, you can't find plate or spoon, I have to take it from other table and using small coffee shop dishes to put my breakfast 4. No hot food in breakfast, or was hot but not keeping them in hot condition 5. I stay for 6 night and one day is raining and there is no umbrella I can use, so I need to bring an umbrella all the way from asia and fly to Buenos Aires just because there is chance of raining? 6. Air con works terribly, I switch to "HI" but barely any air from the van. 7. A lot of noise from the street, specially the police car usually stops in front of the hotel

Très bien situé

Atendente nada solícito em apoiar com as malas já na chegada, deixando uma primeira impressão bem ruim. O café da manhã era bom, mas o mesmo todos os dias. O hotel tem estacionamento, mas em um dos dias precisamos estacionar no -3, porque os demais estavam sem vaga. É absurdamente sujo, inclusive com muito mau cheiro e ferrugem nas portas de acesso ao elevador. Inacreditável, no pior aspecto. Hotel com boa localização (pela proximidade a alguns pontos turísticos), porém, pra quem prefere mais tranquilidade, não é uma boa opção, o hotel fica numa avenida extremamente movimentada. Para um turista, é uma hospedagem que oferece uma péssima experiência. Não voltaríamos e não recomendamos.

Palestra grande e fornita, ma la struttura è vecchia e tenuta male. Non sembra un nh. Anche le camere non sono pulitissime

Boa localização para quem vai a trabalho ou quer focar nos pontos turísticos do Centro, mas muito longe dos restaurantes e bares gostosos de Palermo, pois o trânsito na cidade está muito ruim. O hotel tem um bom café da manhã, mas os quartos são muito escuros e os móveis, lençóis e toalhas mostram sinais do tempo.

Great location not exactly what you see on line. The hotel can use some remodeling.. not bad for the price..

Habitación limpia aunque requeriría algo de mantenimiento (fugas de agua en llaves, ruidos de cañerías). Personal muy atento y servicial. Desayuno muy bueno.

Quarto limpo, mas poderia ser melhor . Equipe da recepção nem um pouco simpáticos . A equipe do restaurante precisam ser mais treinados . Mas a pior é a equipe de recepção e alguns funcionários que atendem no bar, não tem preparação para tratamento com os hóspedes, são grosseiros. Precisam melhorar muito . Quanto a manutenção ,também precisam melhorar muito. Nesse hotel não voltaremos jamais. Somos viajantes contínuos o ano todo. Então, sabemos distinguir o melhor do pior . Esperamos, que não repitam os mesmos erros com outros hóspedes . Abraços

O Hotel atende todas as necessidades. Localização e café excelentes. Falta manutenção e detalhes nos quartos.

We stayed at this hotel on 4–5 March and 19 March and had a very disappointing experience regarding a missing item. After checkout, we realised we had forgotten a jacket in the room. We returned to the hotel later the same day, after the cleaners had been in, but it had already gone. Reception reluctantly checked the room after asking them to multiple times, but it could not be located. We also requested that the cleaners be asked if they found the jacket - and it was surprising to hear that they had not turned this in. We subsequently sent a detailed email asking the hotel to investigate with housekeeping again and also with lost property. We also mentioned that we would be returning to the hotel again 2 weeks later. Despite this, we never received any reply to our email, and when we stayed again, nobody followed up or provided any information. While items can sometimes go missing, the complete lack of response and apparent absence of any investigation was very disappointing. At the very least, we expected acknowledgment, communication, or some effort to resolve the situation. The way this was handled left us with a poor impression of the hotel's customer service and attention to guests’ concerns.
