Very happy to stay in Grand Hyatt Macau, even only one night, we booked 8 rooms. We arrived in the morning, we put our luggage in the concierge and we explored the city. All the staff is very kind and helpful, especially Jack Wu, he is very helpful when we check in the hotel. Will stay here again when we go back to Macau, the room is very comfortable, clean, and so big, the facilities are also great.

Great customer service and beautiful hotel. I was staying in Grand Hyatt Macau for 2 nights and would go to HK airport straight from Macau. The concierge (Mr. Sigit) + all of the staff were very helpful and attentive. He made arrangements for us so that our journey from Macau to HK airport would be effortlessly. Greatly recommend.

Hotel yang nyaman dan sangat bagus.

Sigit Sugianto, the concierge staff was extremely helpful to advise the best option to go directly to the Macau border instead of taking the ferry due to baggage check-in service and tax refund of HKD120, so we ended up throwing away our ferry tickets as it saves time, cost, and effort to drag our heavy luggage. Thank you so much for having an asset like Sigit who made us feel welcome and well attended. We will certainly visit Grand Hyatt again as the location is perfect and there is a direct shuttle bus from the Macau border or ferry terminal to take us to the hotel 👍.

The service is very good, especially the concierge staff, Sigit Sugianto, did an extra mile by explaining the wheelchair-friendly area as we are an elderly group. Superb service indeed, which made the stay perfect.

我们一家人在这里住了两晚，享受假期。从第一天起，我们就受到了热情的接待。由于我们比入住时间提前到达，礼宾部的一位工作人员主动帮我们搬行李，甚至还推荐了一些好玩的地方、值得一去的地方以及交通方式。由于我们不得不提早离开，这位工作人员还帮我们安排了外带早餐。房间和设施都很棒，早餐也非常棒！

the hotel is located within the city of dreams complex. The hospitality of the staffs were awesome. Breakfast selection was great as well.

Good service dengan harga segitu, bisa dapat pelayanan memuaskan. kamar besar, ada coffee makernya pula. Dapat free wine karena lagi honeymoon. Ada shuttle bus juga yang jemput dari macau ferry terminal. Recommended.

Superb hotel, spacious room, good facilities, clean, friendly receptionist. Fast check in and check out. You will need give them deposit in large amounts. Near to everywhere and they have free shuttle bus to many attractions. And also wanna thanks to Mr.Sigit, he was so friendly and help us to get transportation. He suggests us many places like foodcourt, malls and places that travelers ussual go. Hope we can go there again and enjoy this hotel as yesterday. Worth it hotel you must try to stay at macau
