Very friendly staff, excellent service and excellent food. Place had a DJ on weekends and games too. Close to city center yet away from the noise, rooms facing the valley. Definitely recommend

Over all experience was generally okay. Hotel Execurive suite was priced very expensive 52k for 2 nights over weekend. Value for money not recd. It included only breakfast. Swimming water was slightly green in color or rather unhygenic. I have at better hotels (3/4 star rating) at much competitive rates

It was a good experience staying at Lagoona, room was excellent, food was okay, but the Buffet dinner was not up to the mark, was not even value for the money, need to check out. Over all it was a good staying. Thanks

It’s was good experience .it was our second trip to lagoona and it was amazing.the view is too good and most important it’s not located in crowded place.

The room was very clean and hospitable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It was a great stay in in the Lagoona. Lobby was good. In Breakfast, had lot of options. Breast fast serving was in beautiful location

Hotel has reasonable good facilities. It's value can be increased by provision of gymnasium and sports activities.

Very bad experience, it was a terrible experience Day one. my car key was misplaced by the valet packing staff. I could not go out on the 1st day. They have wasted 4 hours (4 pm to 8 pm) searching the car key. finally they could not locate the same. Next day early morning I had to get up and come all the way back to my house in Mumbai to pick up the second key of my car (hotel arranged a car free of cost). I reached back the hotel at 12.00 noon on the second day. Half day of the second day was also spoiled. In short it was a bitter experience.

overall experience was good , but a little improvement on service speed will make it better. personal opinion will be to improve on the gaming zone area for kids as well as for adults e.g , snooker etc. otherwise food and other facilites were nice . but still scope of impreovement on menu can be added .

We had a great experience staying at Lagoona Resort. The hotel facilities were awesome. Food was very delicious. The staff were courteous and their services were prompt. Highly recommended for weekend retreat

On 1st day of our stay, we ordered Noodle etc. We werer shocked to see cockroach inside it. We called waiter and manager and they said sorry but how can this happen. Very Careless and worst food.
