The room was clean and the check in process was smooth. The service in the hotel was inconsistent, particularly at breakfast. On the first day we weren’t acknowledged or served at breakfast. The next day (different staff) we received very good service- being greeted, offered tea/ coffee etc. On the third day - no service. Ordered a coffee after finding a staff member and it never arrived. Additionally, we had issues of lost luggage during our travels. We tried countless times to contact the hotel to try and coordinate the bag being dropped off from the airport and the phone was never answered. Even tried contacting the hotel through Expedia and had no success. Overall a pretty average experience.

Nice hotel lovely staff very obliging for anything I needed the lovely ladies and gentleman on reception were fantastic

As per the front desk , I was given their 2nd best room but it was substandard and front desk communicated the pool side but it was city/sun facing. The receipt of the feedback and request was very casual.

Property is old. CheckIn time is 3 pm & Dinner have less variety of snacks for Veg

Its classy and wide range of food variety. The roomm and bathroom is spacious.

Very nice Business hotel

The hotel was excellent, the food was good, the staff were very friendly. My only concern was the swimming pool, it is not heated, so at this time of year it is too cold to swim in and this should be highlighted in the details. In fact the pool should be closed for safety reasons and this should be included on the website. I would not use this hotel again, due to the surrounding area of the hotel and the issue with the pool
