Like the floor heat in the bathroom. Nice dinner and breakfast. Staff are helpful and friendly. They gave us a bottle of welcome champagne too!

The hotel is the best in town. A little pricy, but very nice. You will enjoy the 5 course dinner - great food. We liked the appetizer and desert a lot. The hotel room is not big as expected.

Best offering in the area. Friendly staff, agree with other reviews def not a 5 star but comfortable and prob the most ‘up market’ hotel in Franz josef. Food is good but again 2 nights of 5 courses is unnecessary- some healthy options would be better….

Definitely not a 5 star and overpriced. Still a nice property . The dinner is quite good but the buffet breakfast (for the price) is not. Worst scrambled eggs ever!

Spent 5 nights. Staff was very accommodating. Room was good. Had breakfast and dinner included. Overall it was nice but over priced. Not considered a five star.
