I feel difficult to select a hotel in Vieux Port that is within my budget. This hotel is at an excellent location and the condition is acceptable. I live on 4th floor having lift. My room is large with kitchen. Besides kitchen and sofa, other things in my room is clean and tidy. No daily cleaning service, hence remember to keep your room tidy up.

The room was not clean and old. You can see the hair on the wall in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken. I asked for change room. But the staff just didn’t care what you need. They promised many things but nothing they really do. If you asked again, they showed impatient to you. I highly no recommend.

We stayed here for a conference at the MuCEM for about a week. The location is great, close to the subway, shops and attractions. The property requires a digital key to get in and it felt safe. Our room has a partial view of the harbor and nice view to the Notre-Dame, they lights up at night which is very beautiful. Kitchen is very nice and we had breakfast and dinner at home. Beds are comfortable, bit small though (french size). Heating is strong so we did light washing. We truly felt we have a place to "stay" in Marseille. The only nuisance is, during late night, there were shouting talking, car noises and horning on the streets. Well, one may not be surprised cause this is Marsellie.

This hotel is in an excellent location to visit the old town and port and all tourist activities. With great restaurants in walking distance. We had room 41 and the view was spectacular. The rooms are large and have everything you need and the breakfast is good value for money. The only problem is the noise ( from the sirens) but the location and view definitely outweigh the noise - so just take ear plugs if you have issues sleeping . Highly recommend

Air conditioning saved my life

Excellent accueil dans cet hôtel. Chambre propre et agréable, parfaite pour passer quelques nuits ou plus...je m'y suis sentie comme chez moi. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Marseille et le rapport qualité prix est bon. Seul petit bémol ma chambre donnait sur une rue bruyante le soir...mais je ne saurais dire si c'était juste "pas de chance" ou si toutes les chambres sont concernées. Le monsieur de la réception était au top. Merci et au plaisir de revenir dans votre établissement

The only serious problem is that the safe box in the room wouldn't open. The front desk person tried several things, but to no avail. Apparently the manager was not available! The result is that I had to carry all of my valuables with me the entire time! I was angry about this since that was one of the reasons I chose the property. Another thing: false advertising... No way a laptop would fit in that small lockbox! Only the tiniest of devices might fit... Another thing I didn't like is that I couldn't leave the windows open since there was very strong car exhaust. Normally I turn off the air-conditioning and open the windows. Not possible. Very loud too. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

It was clean & the staff were friendly. 2 person room was spacious as well. Paid for a view of the port and it was definitely worth it! Wonderful view of the Notre Dame de la Garde!

During the night, someone entered our room while we were sleeping. We woke up with noises and found the door open. A watch, room access card and bank card were stolen and used a few hours later. The experience was extremely serious and left us insecure. We expected a minimum safety standard, but we did not feel protected during the stay. Everything was reported to the hotel that they didn't hold us financially responsible for anything!

Alguém entrou no quarto dos meus amigos durante a madrugada e roubou o relógio e carteira. Um absurdo!! Um hotel que fica em área turística ter zero segurança. Ja viajei pra vários países e nunca vi isso. Como alguém consegue acessar o hotel e ainda o quarto de madrugada se ter a chave do quarto? Tentamos algum tipo de reembolso dos bens perdidos e o hotel não fez nem questão de devolver o valor perdido. Em resumo, não recomendo para ninguém se hospedar nessa espelunca.
