I feel difficult to select a hotel in Vieux Port that is within my budget. This hotel is at an excellent location and the condition is acceptable. I live on 4th floor having lift. My room is large with kitchen. Besides kitchen and sofa, other things in my room is clean and tidy. No daily cleaning service, hence remember to keep your room tidy up.

We stayed here for a conference at the MuCEM for about a week. The location is great, close to the subway, shops and attractions. The property requires a digital key to get in and it felt safe. Our room has a partial view of the harbor and nice view to the Notre-Dame, they lights up at night which is very beautiful. Kitchen is very nice and we had breakfast and dinner at home. Beds are comfortable, bit small though (french size). Heating is strong so we did light washing. We truly felt we have a place to "stay" in Marseille. The only nuisance is, during late night, there were shouting talking, car noises and horning on the streets. Well, one may not be surprised cause this is Marsellie.

It was clean & the staff were friendly. 2 person room was spacious as well. Paid for a view of the port and it was definitely worth it! Wonderful view of the Notre Dame de la Garde!

During the night, someone entered our room while we were sleeping. We woke up with noises and found the door open. A watch, room access card and bank card were stolen and used a few hours later. The experience was extremely serious and left us insecure. We expected a minimum safety standard, but we did not feel protected during the stay. Everything was reported to the hotel that they didn't hold us financially responsible for anything!

We arrived after midnight and everything was locked. We did get an email with entry codes but it was in French. Our limo driver was very helpful and got us in. Without his help we would not have been able to get in and sleep.

Safe and secure place to stay just off the main strip in the old port. The room was clean, the air conditioner kept the room cool, and the shower was really nice. There are lots of resturants in walking distance and about a block from the Metro station.

Better than expected from the images to be honest, the room with terrace was incredible, spacious and clean on the top floor.

I arrived very late, after check-in and closed but the instructions were so clear and deficient, the whole process was painless. It’s a great team!

Ótimo espaço , elevador, café conforme a publicado. A localização excelente, uma rua acima da praça principal com saída na esquina, porém estressante o barulho do trânsito no final da tarde . Nosso quarto no primeiro andar de frente.Quarto, banheiro , cama grande e Frigobar na cozinha completa. Ótimo banho

After-hours check-in was not possible. The hotelier gave us an access code by email to enter the building after reception had closed (we arrived in the middle of the night as our flight was delayed) but the keypad outside the front door did not work, even after multiple attempts. The phone number provided on the door also went straight to a message bank. Expedia assisted with calling the hotelier on my behalf but the hotelier only spoke French and merely reiterated the access code. Had we not encountered another hotel guest who let us into the building we would have been stranded outside all night. Not all reception staff spoke English. The room as advertised promised a washing machine but there was none in our room. The descriptions in that aspect were therefore misleading and deceptive. Further, the room faced a narrow alleyway to the Old Port and provided almost no view. The words 'partial view' in the room description were only technically correct but future guests should be warned that the view was extremely limited and almost non-existent.

Avis mitigé Bien placé , personnel agréable mais mal insonorisé et bruyant (même avec les fenêtres fermées on a l’impression d’être dans la rue très passante et beaucoup de véhicules klaxonnent surtout le soir …)

Super emplacement sur le vieux Port. Propre et fonctionnel

Situation idéale. Etablissement propre et agréable. Petit déjeuner frais et varié. Literie excellente. Personnel aimable. Je recommande !

Good location. Very standard room. Bed 140cm only. But clean and practical.
