Nice friendly hotel

Staff were super friendly and very helpful. The pub was really nice to sit and have a pint when it was raining, the food was very tasty. The rooms were very big and the beds very comfortable.

Great room, cleaned and restocked every day, front of house staff, very friendly and courteous. Whole place warm and welcoming. Will definitely book again!

Place and Staff lovely. Room didn’t have a shower only bath, nail clippings on floor by side of bed, flys in room specially bathroom. Bottle of water in room already open. Water replaced but coffee not replaced. Room 8

Nice stay with a restaurant on the premises. Lovely room with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Great place to stay before embarking on a ferry trip to the Channel Islands.

All the above positives as highlighted. Only challenge for us as late 70s and late 80 year olds was the fact that we were given an attic room with 40 plus steps and no lift. Had to ask for help with luggage.

WiFi good. Did not take breakfast. Restaurants and cafes nearby were very good

Good location close to bars and restaurants. The burger at the pub downstairs was not great but service was excellent. The car park is very near and the cost is reasonable

Room clean, but windows obscure glass could not see out, bathroom needs updating ,staff helpful and friendly nice bar good breakfast great position for Poole quay over all good stay.

Friendly staff, VERY comfortable bed, perfect location, we will definitely come again. It feels like a real treat staying here.

Hotel staff helpul. Location good. Room very tired. Double mattress on a king size base and bed very high, too high for shorter folks. Restaurant poor. 20 min wait with not even a drink order taken, left before ordering.

All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. We felt at home and nothing was too much trouble. The food was good and the bed was comfortable. Location great for experiencing the quay area of Poole. We had a wonderful time

We only stayed for 2 nights, but staff were excellent, friendly and welcoming. The Antelope is very close to Poole quay and a great place to explore from, we parked in the visitor multi storey car park spaces are tight but we had no issues parking
