Very bad hotel

You have to pay for internet in room, I was lucky they upgraded me , but my so called internet room is just a room happen to receive signal from the lobby. The staffs are great and kind, room is old. Carpark is 5 pound per night, walk 10 Mins to town 15 mins to pier and beach. Check in time is crazy 4pm and check out time is 10am , late check out at 11am is 10 pounds extra. Personally I can't stand of it, but didn't know until I got there.

ROOM IS BIG ENOUGH. BUT THE SINGLE BED IS TOO SMALL. WATER TAPE IS BROKEN. WATER PRESSURE IS TOO WEAK THAT MSKES BATHING UNCOMFORTABLE

I had a very good stay. The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and has lovely communal areas to relax and socialise. The bar offers good prices, and on-site parking is available, which is very convenient. I would happily stay here again.

The best part of the hotel was the £5 over night parking. The room was average. With enough to get you a shower and get your head down for the night. The tea & coffee facilities were a no go as the kettle was riddled with ants. Along with around 30+ flying ants tucking you into bed at night and waking you in the morning. We didn’t stick around for breakfast. We arrived with no big expectations for a 3 star hotel and the price we paid but sadly a very unpleasant stay, didn’t realise we had booked the night at pets at home! Ha! The positives - the location was ideal and the parking and parking charges 👍

On app for booking it states parking is free but when you get there they want to charge you £5 A DAY but booking this only shoes the parking is free so it be good to take screenshot of this as proof also the premises is not clean found dust , spider webs all around and walls are so thin you can hear people all the time , doors slamming conversation in hallway unsettled sleep due to this plus building noise, staff are very arrogant and not friendly, felt violated tbh but kept my cool through out the stay , will never go to this hotel ever again rather sleep on the street

Overall good. Sadly tv didn’t work.

Absolutely devastating. It was last minute that we had booked and refused entry because I did not have photo ID on me. I was fuming to have paid and wad not allowed my stay. Disgusting treatment, staff were cold and unreasonable. Never, ever again.

Not a clean room, far to hot no aircone and the staff very rood

Stayed in Room 319 - the bed was poor could do with a new mattress and the sink in the en-suite was cracked and had no plug. The sink whole was exposed and dirty. It took a long time for any water to come out of the sink taps, and when it did the pressure was a trickle. The toilet was an emaciator, which was extremely noisy and the shower was very feeble regarding water flow. There was a lift to the floor, but it was very small and I feared it would break down

Room 102. The room was dirty, there was no lock on one of the windows so did not feel safe at all, the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable-the springs could be felt, the tv didn’t work, there was a discarded vape under the bed so the room had clearly not been vacuumed, there were cobwebs, discloloured enamel on the bath, old and stained vinyl on the floor to the bathroom, the shower head kept dropping and wouldn’t stay in place, dirt in the corners of the room, the walls were thin, the was a gap under the door so was kept awake by noisy hotel guests. I didn’t stay for breakfast because I just wanted to leave and just felt like everything was dirty. Checked into a different hotel. Avoid this hotel!

Our experience wasnt the best! The room was the last one in the corridor. To reach it you need to go down some steps which are not visible and anyone can be tripped. The room was quite small with a small window on the corner. Old furniture. Bathroom is on a lower level so you need to go down 6-7 steps to get there. Bathroom is also old. The hotel needs a real renovation. The entrance and lobby were okay. The alarm rung several times during the night and we had to evacuate the building which was annoying. Not the best experience. I wont recommend it for vacation but for a short stay it will do the thing. The staff were helpful.

Helpful staff and the location a short drive from where we were visiting was useful. It's a tired, old hotel at the end of the day and you pay a premium price I guess for location close to the beach. In reality the price should be about a third of what we paid, or, they close it and renovate it and then can justify the room rate. Parking very limited. Noisy evening event going on in the ballroom. No fan or air con on a very warm night. Not good value for money I am afraid.

No air con/ heating so in the summer the room is unbearably hot (fan is provided). In the summer they should at least leave the fan out/ on and crack a window before guests arrive. Also, no swimming pool despite being shown on hotel google page. Crumbs on the sofa. Shower was really poor as well. The whole place could do with renovation. It says a lot when the staff don’t ask how your stay was… For the price, I would 💯 avoid.

The radiators did not work in the bedroom so was freezing . The beds were hard and uncomfortable it was like sleeping on the floor . Dust on the radiators. Awful experience

Location was great Room was good apart from no tv signal, couldn’t even tune into one single channel. Staff were helpful and friendly, maybe a small fridge in rooms might have been helpful. Overall good hotel

Room was very hot.. and the noise of the Boiler kept me awake on and off all night. Clean room. VERY BASIC.. not even 1 picture on the wall or hook inside bathroom. Get what you pay for but would be disappointed if charged more later in year. Breakfast ok.

Very nice hotel
