Helpful staff and a clean, spacious room. However, the shower water pressure was a bit low, possibly due to a clog.

Lovely room, bed was very comfortable, clean and tidy. The only minor negative, especially being older is the shower was over the spa bath for getting in and out

Easy access & txt communication was very prompt. Room was ready for late check in. Parking was tight. Hilly area, lots of big vehicles that night so space felt very confined. Large clean room & bedding which was great. Extra blanket available & used as it was a cold night. Very light curtains on windows, which unfortunately didn't feel very private. Bathroom was dated , decor wise, with a deep , beige spa bath. The shower was hard to use as you had to climb into the bath to stand under it. It didn't bother me, but I could imagine lots of people finding this difficult. Shower arm was very high up and hard to adjust. I didn't want wet hair, just a quick shower , so this didn't really suit me. I may have got the last room at the motel so maybe this spa bath was the only option left. I wouldn't book it by choice.

The room we stayed in was spacious and overlooking a gorgeous view. Clean and tidy and very comfortable.

**Hotel Review – 4 Nights Stay** I was quite disappointed with several aspects of my stay: - The shampoos were never refilled, and towels were not changed during my four nights, which I found unacceptable. - The bathroom door lock was difficult to use and definitely needs fixing. - The TV in the room was outdated and not a smart TV, which was disappointing considering modern expectations. - One of the main reasons I booked was because the advertisement photos showed a spa, but in reality, there was no spa at all – - The hair dryer provided was extremely old and barely functional.

Comfortable bed, quality linen, Property being upgraded but no noise concerns. Walking distance to cafes and lovely nature walk to Hepburn Bath House and Springs.

The accommodation was fine. You can't talk to anyone direct. You just message and they message back. They did so within reasonable time. Good location for pubs and restaurants.

Awesome communication by staff and so accomodating to our needs for our vehicle, which was secure. Room was clean and comfortable too. Great shower. Good value too.
