Tout était très bien dans l’ensemble, nous avions piscine et sauna inclus dans la chambre, Pour la piscine le matin est sans enfant, l’après-midi pour tout le monde, donc pas vraiment reposant, mais sinon très sympa

Location and staff were great. Buffet breakfast is very good. Dinner in the hotel at night was really bad though. (Had to go out to find something decent). Our room required about 10 doors and two flights of stairs so perhaps ask for something close to the amenities. You have to add everything (eg room clean, access to gym pool etc). Full of kids, fun place for families.

Aamiainen on aina erinomainen Lapland Hotelsien hotelleissa, eikä Saaga ole poikkeus. Yövyimme Nordic Chaletissa ja se toimi meille erinomaisesti. Keittiö oli hyvin varusteltu ja yhteinen oleskelutila lisäsi majoittumisen mukavuutta. Sauna oli iso plussa.

Ruoka oli hyvää, aamiainen erittäin hyvä. Keskeinen ja helppo sijainti Ylläksellä. Hotellilla jo ikää, ja tämä näkyy jonkin verran huoneiden tyylissä ja sisustuksessa.

Small room for 4 people. And expensive.

Rent och fräscht, kanon frukost, trevlig personal. Perfekt med spa och bastu som ingick. Enda negativa var bäddsoffa som tom jag hade problem att sova i, å jag klagar sällan. Undrar om det var borta en ribban under som gjorde att det blev en grop nedanför huvudkudden.

Huone oli hieman liian viileä.

Nära skidbacken. Gott om parkeringsplatser. Frukosten utmärkt. Personalen service mind.

Nettes Personal, großes Zimmer mit sehr leckerem Frühstück. Spa und Poolanlanlage empfehlenswert. Tolle Lage direkt an der Skipiste :)

Hotel is very rundown. Room was extremely dirty with cleaners stuff still in there. Not enough staff in the restaurants so service was poor and alow

Excellent location, skiing from and to doorstep. Hotel in principle luxurious, but could need a little renovation every 20 years or so. Personnel is friendly but many of them don’t speak Finnish.

We spent 4 nights here 2 adults and 2 kids and it was perfect. Close and convenient to the slopes. Breakfast was nice and was a good start to the day.

Fine hotel at an acceptable cost for this area in Laponia

Great place, very clean, spectacular views, fabulous breakfast, friendly atmosphere, great spa, very helpful staff.

Beautiful hotel. Great for a ski holiday.
