Everything is good, but the beach is not good as Praslin Island.

I seldom write comments after visit unless the experience was either too good or too bad. This time, the latter. 1. Found lizard in the room 2. No complete replenishment of every daily item (first day is water, second and fifth day is cotton buds, sixth day is beach towel, third and fifth day is showing gel) 3. Food at the Crossole restaurant is under average (bulky yet without quality) 4. Poor attitude of restaurant staff and receptionist as they tend to focus on the Westerners and are unwilling to take comments (just keep nodding their heads without listening) 5. No accessibility to Wifi except own room and the main reception (poor connection even in room so that I had to switch the router on and off again and again) 6. Full board does not include drinks which is misleading so need to be charged even for s bottle of water (if drinks are excluded, and Hotels.com makes this known clearly to us, I won't consider this hotel at all) 7. Location in the middle of nowhere. Except the beaches (actually only the North Beach is nice, the one on the south coast was too shallow and with granules / pebbles) 8. Poor connection between the North and South Beach, as boggies do not have fixed schedule of departure and are likely to skip remote part of the hotel (say at far end) unless they have to drop guests off there. In general, won't stay there again and I could say this hotel is far below average taking into account the level of price that I paid for the room

非常美的地方，也有特色，环境布置合理，一键式服务狠贴心方便，管家服务有中文，非常有用方便。 入住送了蜜月礼物，起泡酒、点心和沙滩包。非常贴心。 南部海滩虽然不适合游泳，但每天退潮时可以走到对岸小岛也是非常开心的景观和体验！北部海滩非常美丽安静，也很喜欢！ 唯一美中不足的是地处偏僻，还好有租车去哪里都可以，预定的半餐真是狠明智和最经济的选择。

Nice big hotel with many swimming pools, acceptable food and price, a bit disappointed on the breakfast, frontdesk manager quick turnaround on solving issues

果然是国际五星，非常赞，尤其是当地餐，很好。只是南北两个海滩，可能是潮汐问题，海水不通透，不适合浮潜，但是，南区退潮时可以走到小岛上去，那里可以浮潜。另外，这个酒店很大，非常适合在酒店里发呆、徒步、游玩。另外，北区大门口是公交总站，出北区门右拐不足20米，有个当地小超市，很平价，包括方便面、啤酒之类都有。而且北门外还有个快餐车，汉堡、TAKEAWAY之类均可。

Wonderful stay in Mahé and this resort was superb. Lovely restaurants, plenty to do as it’s a large resort. Staff are incredibly friendly, wouldn’t hesitate to come back here in the future!

The Resort is huge and well thought out. - Amazing people - Very clean - Amazing food - Awesome service The best place i have ever stayed. The Spa area was amazing with great massages We had the perfect honeymoon. Thank you each and everyone for the amazing experience

Luxury Periodnt! Greetings from the States. As a middle class American, I felt this was a next level vacation. I got my monies worth at this high end resort plopped in the middle of a mangrove reserve beach beauty. All the special touches and figuring out what is inclusive added to the adventure. IYKYK (just read as many reviews as you can). Pro tip: purchase a bus pass at the airport although you can’t ride it with luggage, it was useful for exploring Mahe. Recommend Junior Suite w/ half board. I loved the buffets which always had a local variety. They even had a Willy Wonka chocolate factory style dessert bar for Easter which brought out the kid in everyone. The customer experience and service are CORE values at this resort. Treat yourself; I’m so glad I did.

El Hotel y las habitaciones están ya algo viejos, pero el entorno es maravilloso. El personal del Hotel es algo apático y lento en reaccionar a las peticiones, aunque tanto el personal del gimnasio como el del club infantil se esfuerzan mucho y son muy agradables. El buffet de desayuno está bastante bien, aunque faltarían más opciones de pescado y marisco. Tuve que ir al servicio médico por una picadura de un ciempiés y la verdad es que el médico fue muy atento. Desde el gimnasio organizan paseos por el campo, que son muy recomendables para conocer el entorno del Hotel. En general muy bien, aunque es cierto que no es de los mejores hoteles de este tipo en los que he estado, cuadra más con un cuatro estrellas que cinco, aunque entiendo que se paga la ubicación.

The resort is beautifully with a nice beach especially the north beach , the staff are wonderful .my only concern is the boat house which is run by a third party that does not meet the standard of a 5 stars hotel , one staff in particular ( Elaino) has a very bad Manner and attitude , I had to complain to hotel manager about his attitude and professionalism

The service was exceptional at every dining option and the beach bar. The property was looked after exceptionally well.

We just returned from paradise at Constance Ephelia! We stayed for a second time at this resort- this place is incredible on so many levels& We would return again in a heartbeat! What makes Ephelia our top choice? The resort is stunning. Beautifully laid out on 5 gorgeous pristine beaches with warm turquoise waters. Clean, environmentally conscious, lovely well-kept gardens, spacious well-appointed suites and villas (we loved our suite at the quiet pool with view of pool, palms & ocean), peaceful and quiet, excellent (I mean really excellent) service, everyone went out of their way to ensure we had the best vacation ever. The cuisine is excellent- we ate at all restaurants and especially enjoyed the a la carte restaurants Helios, Adam & Eve, Seslewa & Cyann- don't miss any of them & book when you arrive. Tipp- if you like a quiet and romantic dinner go after 8pm (this gives you plenty of time for a sundowner at the Kabana bar on North beach enjoying the sunset!) All sommeliers are amazing with sublime wine selections. Do not miss the spa as it is free to everyone until 2 pm daily (book a fabulous couples massage) The fitness center is super! Go hiking (Rosa lepa trail for Instagram posts!) go snorkeling- I got to swim with a sea turtle and saw hundreds of colorful fish. BIG thanks to Christine, Sebastian, Daniella, Prabu, Rose Julianne, Frank, John, Carlos, Prabu, Previn, Nadia, Dea and everyone for the breakfast flowers, birthday cake, champagne, room decorations- fabulous!
