酒店员工非常友好。地理位置优越，步行即可到达许多购物中心。房间非常干净。我会推荐给家人和朋友，一定会再次入住。

Hotel is busy but check-in was a breeze! Clean nicely appointed room. Kids friendly amenities. Sumptuous breakfast. Staff service across hotel was generally good with some exceptional ones!

Staffs are really kind, all of them! They accepted my request for early check in even though its weekend and I was really glad. Will go back within this year, my no. 1 hotel to go in bangkok 😁 🫶🏻.

It is a great hotel. Easy access to siam paragon shopping mall and subway station. The hotel location is strategic, which you can walk around to siam neighbourhood.

Exactly what a five star hotel should be and more. The complimentary mini bar at the executive suite was definitely awesome! The rooms are huge, breakfast was delightful. Loved the golf buggy that brought us from the lobby to siam square. The staff spoke English, and front desk was extra attentive. I could go on and on and on, but everything in this hotel was top class!
