Should have a gym and a scale

Room is clean and comfort. We stay in a double room, it's not a double bed but two single bed being close together. Only a few basic toiletries without toothbrush in the room. Sound insulation of the door is poor. Not so many choice for breakfast. Fresh fruit is not refill. I think this hotel is not qualified with 4 stars! Hotel price is not equivalent to its quality.

Booked with my friends total 2 rooms. When arrived, we were arranged 2 rooms overlooking a cemetery. Moreover, housekeeping of 1 room not done and there was smell of smoking in the other room (we booked non-smoking). Asked for change of rooms. One new room was overlooking the cemetery again. Asked for change again, a gentleman at reception said hotel was full and there were no other rooms available. I requested politely again for change and a lady was kind enough to check again and a room for change. This room was not overlooking the cemetery any more, but my friend found out the air conditioning was out of order and the room was freezing. Since it was very late at night, my friend changed again to another room in the next morning.

预定的房间是包含早餐的，实际入住时却不包含。酒店设施不够四星标准，提供的浴帽竟然是使用过的。入住的前两天附近巨大的音乐声直到3点才结束，根本无法入睡。

請親切的服務，反應房間的飛蟲問題，很立即的在當天就解決了，還有check out 當天因為早班飛機的需求，也細心安排計程車接送

大約步行五分鈡，便可到達海灘或地鉄站， 位置非常好，早餐食物，亦算丰富

離捷運站近，五分鐘的腳程。隔壁是加油站，整體感覺還算可以，不過好像沒有冰箱。

Highly enjoyable. Modern, clean, superb bedding. Professional staff. Safe neighborhood. Great city view from my room ( 4th floor).

Ok breakfast. Sink was coming off the wall so there are maintenance issues. Good location close to ramblas, beach, and metro.

食事は無しのプランでした。 荷物の事前事後預かりも対応してくださり、 快適でした。 海側の部屋でビューも綺麗で、ベッドも広くしっかり休めました。 お風呂にシャワーカーテンがないので、 どうしてもシャワー後に洗面•トイレエリアがびちゃびちゃになってしまうのが少し使いづらかった以外は全て快適でした。ありがとうございます。

Me han asignado una habitación para personas con problemas de movilidad. La ducha muy incómoda para una persona sin problemas de movilidad. Algunos detalles de limpieza en el baño y con los artículos de cafetera en el escritorio.

Shops nearby, easy to get to from Metro. I’d book again when coming to Barcelona

Der Platz zum Frühstücken ist sehr klein und die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist sehr begrenzt.

Clean room, small but good air conditioning, the breakfast included was a plus!
