Should have a gym and a scale

Room is clean and comfort. We stay in a double room, it's not a double bed but two single bed being close together. Only a few basic toiletries without toothbrush in the room. Sound insulation of the door is poor. Not so many choice for breakfast. Fresh fruit is not refill. I think this hotel is not qualified with 4 stars! Hotel price is not equivalent to its quality.

Booked with my friends total 2 rooms. When arrived, we were arranged 2 rooms overlooking a cemetery. Moreover, housekeeping of 1 room not done and there was smell of smoking in the other room (we booked non-smoking). Asked for change of rooms. One new room was overlooking the cemetery again. Asked for change again, a gentleman at reception said hotel was full and there were no other rooms available. I requested politely again for change and a lady was kind enough to check again and a room for change. This room was not overlooking the cemetery any more, but my friend found out the air conditioning was out of order and the room was freezing. Since it was very late at night, my friend changed again to another room in the next morning.

预定的房间是包含早餐的，实际入住时却不包含。酒店设施不够四星标准，提供的浴帽竟然是使用过的。入住的前两天附近巨大的音乐声直到3点才结束，根本无法入睡。

請親切的服務，反應房間的飛蟲問題，很立即的在當天就解決了，還有check out 當天因為早班飛機的需求，也細心安排計程車接送

The hotel was in a lovely Barcelona neighbourhood. It took awhile to get checked in when we arrived and had only one lift working at the time. Apart from that the stay was comfortable. The staff were welcoming and friendly and were there 24h if needed.

Kamer niet goed gepoetst, hotel niet voorzien op veel mensen aan het ontbijt op hetzelfde tijdstip: tafels werden laat afgeruimd, aanvullen van buffet was onvoldoende, corque toestel werkte niet, koffiemachine niet aangevuld, haardroger op de kamer werkte niet, ...

Kamer was zeker in orde en netjes. Personeel was vriendelijk maar bij ontbijt niet voorzien op veel volk ineens. We een eindje stappen naar het centrum. Al bij al, ideaal hotel voor citytrip Barcelona.

Room was not cleaned on Sunday. The room door panel was very loose. In room 203, we had to sit between two dirty tables for dinner; the server was unhelpful.

Clean room. I did not like the shower though. Water went everywhere because of design. The bathroom door would not stay closed either. Very close to metro and buses. Friendly staff and able to get taxi from them easily for taxi to airport when leaving.

Sorry I was not satisfied - aircondition was still running winter system. Outside weather was 25 degrees in day time and my room was pointing west which make the really warm in afternoon and evening/night. I complain ask for getting the system on summer. But reception says it was a management decision. I was paying for room with aircon but not getting it which make it’s difficult sleeping. I was in Barcelona for work - I will never use this Hotel again and its should be a 4 star. But 4 star without aircon, is not 4 star.
