Best location, best service, best and very helpful staff. Whenever I needed help, the staff never been hesitated to help me. This is the best hotel I ever stayed in Europe. Big room with kitchen, dining and living area. Quiet and relax place for my vacation. I am pregnant and I can come back to hotel whenever I want as it’s located just 100 meters to Opera house and Spar supermarket. During day time, I went down to lobby for complimentary coffee. The lobby has private area for guests to sit down and relax. I felt like I was in a private cafe. I do recommend this hotel for Vienna visitors!!
