Room service was appalling

We choosed room with double bed but they gave us with three singe beds, near to the buffet. After our coplains they gave us a room with two singles in the second floor. In the bathroom there was rast in the mixers and i had the feeling that it wasn't clean. They wrote to the towels the name of the hotel with marker. Tiny shower. The balcony wasn't clean there was dust everywhere. In the roof top the glasses wasn't clean so we can't see the view. They clean the rooms every three days. So the fourth day we made check out and after they cleaned. We request for late check out when we made the check in, the day before check out, and in the last morning. The check out was at 11:00 o clock and we had there answer in 10:15 of the check out day.

Sängyt olivat kovat, ilmastoinnissa mustaa hometta. Henkilökunta oli tympeitä vaikka mitään erityistä ei heidän kanssaan tullut keskusteltua.

Mukava huone yksinmatkailijalle. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi ja oli erinomaisella sijainnilla.

Hotel is well located, room was quite big and renewed with fridge and tv. Staff was helpful. You can enjoy good views from the nice upper terrace. I also had a nice balcony. However… wifi never NEVER worked anywhere, breakfast room was under renovation, air conditioning is an extra as safe box. They never cleaned my room until I asked them the 4th night

The hotel is easy to reach from the airport by bus, but it is a good 40-minute walk to the ferry port. Check-in was wonderful - got into the room an hour early, safe at a special price (because it was a short stay), free WiFi access! The room was excellent, apparently newly modernized and both the rooftop bar and the swimming pool were open at the end of May. Unfortunately there was construction work in the basement of the hotel and in the building next door, so there was always noise somewhere, in the evenings from live music from a neighboring restaurant and because it is in the flight path of Rhodes airport... Unfortunately, the hotel does not look good from the outside (left & right), as the facade has a lot of visual damage - which could be due to the sea air, but also because not much importance is placed on it?!? Overall, though, really recommended 👍

Det var en bra resa lite stökigt på hotellet, men förståeligt då det ligger så nära bargatan. Härligt närhet till stan och stranden, promenad avstånd till gamla stan och hamnen. Inga problem.

Hotel buono, prezzi ottimi. La doccia non ha la tenda e quindi bisogna stare attenti che l'acqua non finisca sul pavimento. Comunque per il prezzo pagato ne vale la pena! L'hotel si trova in una zona da cui si possono raggiungere, facilmente anche a piedi, tutte le attrazioni di Rodi città.

Palvelu toimi hyvin, henkilökunta asiakaslähtöistä. Aamupala ei toiminut enää ja uima allas osasto suljettiin ennen loman loppua.

Super rapport qualité prix, position idéale dans la ville. Tres bel hotel qui gagne à être connu. Personnel très aimable. Nous reviendrons.

Nieuw een leuk hotel, maar niet bij gehouden

Yleiset tilat olivat hieman ränsistyneet, hotellihuone oli ok. Otettiin safe-box, mutta avainta ei löytynyt ja toista ei saatu tilalle, vaikka pyydettiin, onneksi rahat kuitenkin palautettiin. Hotellin henkilökunta ei vaikuttanut niin helposti lähestyttäviltä.

Efter en vecka utan städning så sa vi till i receptionen,dom skyllde på ont om personal och att dom prioriterade dom rum som åkte hem,men att vi kunde få med nya lakan och handdukar och byta själva. Baren på taket stängdes en dag med ursäkten att det blåste för mycket, vilket var nonsens 😠😠 Frukostmenyn var urusel,inga kylplattor under pålägget och väldigt spartanskt - inte värt pengarna

Very helpfull staff, very satisfied.

2ggr städning på en vistelse i 2 veckor. Ingen telefon på rummet vid akutbehov. Bodde i ett nyrenoverat rum men det var väldigt slitet. Inga avlastnings ytor, hängare och krokar i badrummet. Infon som stor på sidan stämmer inte med verkligheten. När man påpekade brister så blev dom jätte irriterande.

Σε γενικες γραμμες καλα. Φιλικο προσωπικο. Το δωματιο ομως δεν το καθαρισαν ουτε μια φορα στις τέσσερεις μέρες που μειναμε.
