Great SeaView, Near main town

Perfect location and really well equipped apartment. Thoroughly recommend

Positives: The apartments are in a very convenient location above the bus station in central St. Helier. This makes it easy to travel around the island. The kitchen had all amenities needed for our stay and it is located close to shops to buy food. Staff were also friendly. Negatives Although the apartment was overall clean, the cot (for which we had to pay for) had stains all over it. We also stayed in a town-facing apartment. These have no soundproofing meaning you can hear everything that happens on the street.

Ideal location. Process easy. Furniture very uncomfortable. No room cleaning nor clean towels during stay. Would use again because of location.

L'emplacement est idéal.Près de la gare maritime ,du terminus d'autobus,des rues commerciales.C'était vraiment super lors de nos déplacements .L'appartement était propre et le personnel à l'accueil très serviable.

All excellent but would have liked more plug sockets in convenient places and door stops. Sofa not very comfy but great to get 2 TVs!

The apartment was good the staff friendly and helpful. Sadly a nightclub next door kept us up untill 02:00 in the morning on the Friday and Saturday night.

Great base for exploring Jersey with the main Bus station and the center of St Helier on your doorstep.

The apartment was in a great location. It was spotlessly clean & well stocked. The welcome pack was a very nice touch as was the scones & croissants that were available every morning on a first come, first served basis. Reception staff were friendly & extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend & if we come to Jersey again would stay here.

Excellent, central apartments with all the amenities you could need. The balcony was very nice.

Good location above central hub for buses, well equipped kitchen and just a short walk away from supermarkets.

Servicable apartment. Kitchen needs refreshing. Great bed, sofa bed not brilliant either as a sofa or a bed. Fairly noisy position.

These apartments are well furnished, laid out, and stocked. My only complaint was that they didn’t state how much stuff would be available in the flat (milk, tea, coffee, biscuits) and downstairs (coffee machine and breakfast pastries), so we brought more than we needed. The fact that these are upstairs from the bus station also means that it is so easy to get everywhere without a car and the buses on Jersey are much improved!

Wonderful stay. We had a balcony apartment facing the marina, it was very quiet, would never have known it was above a bus station - which was very handy for getting around the island. Since it had a fully equipped kitchen, we spent a lot less on food. Apartment was huge, a real home from home and flooded with light. Highly recommended

The room was musty upon first entering, it seemed to cling to the back of one's throat. First night's sleep was minimal, In my opinion, not for for purpose sound proofing insulation in the walls - irrespective of selecting city view - the noise from the street comes right through like a window was open. (but no windows nor air vents were open) There's constant resonating/humming which appears like it's coming from the walls, starts in the evening & continues to morning. (built ontop of bus station, but buses stop after midnight 🤔 1st night poor sleep, reported to reception in the morning, & they told me there is a club nearby which doesn't help. After night 2 of minimal sleep (a 5 night stay), we reported to reception. - Although reception was quite polite, it felt misdirected when advised we should of then looked at booking a sea room apartment 🤔 After explaining it's not simply the fact it's a city view side, but instead the sub par sound proofing in general & also reiterated the constant resonating through the walls not being normal. I asked if any other apartments we could try & was told she would check with her supervisor later & getback to me. But she never did come back. The 5th final night I got a straight through sleep from pure exhaustion after so many sleepless interrupted previous nights. Extremely disappointed, couldn't stay here again (In addition, it's impossible to prove experiencing headaches & a sore throat to the room, its too coincidental imo.
