The perfect place to stay for a trip to Seville. Wonderful breakfasts, Beautiful and individual rooms, lovely staff.

The staff were fabulous and very helpful.

Sadly our stay was a disappointing experience. We have stayed before in 2017, when the hotel was newly opened, and it was a fantastic experience so we thought we would stay again, now in 2026. Sadly the hotel is now run by some "Cool Room" hotel group, and it has totally changed the quality, experience and service of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to people who are expecting a 5 star stay!!

Absolutely treated like a king & queen at this Palace of a hotel! Very hospital, clean rooms & maintained daily! Super service! One of the best meals we had in Seville for my husband’s birthday, compliments to the chef! There is so much attention to detail in this home from home, it truly is a stunning place. Service is above ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if not more! Excellent! Thank you for a very memorable stay & unforgettable experience & making this a truly magical experience for my husbands birthday. The Room! Wow, stunning, separate room with a bathroom area, standalone bath tub & the showing was outstanding with jet sprays! Honestly, everything was perfect & an ideal location for everything too! Thank you Rita & John.

とにかく、STAFFが全てホスピタリティに富んでます。そして、朝食も、ビュッフェではないけど、豊富にオーダー可能です。部屋もきれいですし、ホットタブもあります。地下にはスパとサウナがあります。静かな室内です。歴史あるとても素晴らしい建物をリノベーションしてあります。

Nous avions la plus belle suite de l'hotel pour nos 20 ans de mariage. Le concierge à absolument tout réservé pour nos quatre jours de rêve... restos avec les meilleures tables, spectacle de flamenco, croisière privée sur la Guadalquivir ! Assistance efficace par WhatsApp et toujours avec le sourire. Un excellent établissement dans un décor superbe. Je recommande à 100% 👍

Anlage sehr schön, etwas mehr Gebäude- Unterhalt wäre angebracht. Service im Restaurant war stellenweise sehr schlecht und unfreundlich. Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Es handelt sich um eine zum Hotel ausgebaute, alte Familienresidenz. Es liegt ruhig, aber doch zentral. Das Team ist ohne Ausnahme sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben ein wunderbares Zimmer zum Innenhof gehabt, das keinen Wunsch offen gelassen hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The property is beautiful with a historic angle. Service is top notch and the rooms are spacious and well appointed. All around excellent experience and part of the reason we fell in love with Sevilla :)

Fantastic hotel and service. Only feedback - ground floor room had water noise from room above and need more Nespresso capsules in the rooms!
