Nice sized room with refrigerator and a terrace. Good bathroom with big towels! Many and comfortable pillows. Only thing is that the bed is hard and as normally down i Europe they don't have mattress toppers. Breakfast had a lot of cakes and unhealthy things. The juice was so sweet we could not drink it. But there was yoghurt! Wished the hotel had been closer to the Supermarket. The hotel staff was nice. We had a lovely cat family outside our terrace. That was the best thing with this stay.

We enjoyed our stay and the big balcony outside our room. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very nice and helpful. We had some difficulty accessing internet in the room.

Hotel was clean . Breakfast was the best so far. Breakfast staff & cleaning staff were so kind. Reception many different we’re soo kind. We had a dental emergency while staying there. A lady at the front reception (I think she was the owner) called a local dentist and explained my husband’s pain. We were able to see the dentist immediately. We had to cancel our trip to Palermo and stay there an extra 4 days. The entire staff treated us so well. Asking how we were doing every time they saw us. Definitely felt like family to us.

Excellent hotel! Friendly and helpful staff. Right across the street from the bus Etna Trasporti. Easy to get to sites and boats.

The property is in a great location, was clean, and provided a very good breakfast. Unfortunately we had issues with our room but the staff did graciously move us to another room.

very clean, friendly and helpful staff

Ok 3 star hotel. Property was old but well kept. AC couldn’t keep up with the high heat outside. Very good breakfast spread. 15eur/day parking at 5 minutes walk, otherwise street parking in front of the hotel but meters did not work with credit card (also 15eur/day). Private hotel beach across the street (not free) with free public beach right next to it.

Great location with nice beach across the street. Room was big, clean with big balcony. Delicious breakfast, a lot of fresh, local fruits. Enjoyed the stay

Soggiorno discreto. Uniche note dolenti: aria condizionata non autogestita e credo non totalmente funzionante (non refrigerava molto) e stanza piccolina.

Good price! Very good location, near beach and city at the same time ! Helpful stuff!
