Perfectly good stop practically on the Camino. Nothing to dislike though the price of breakfast was a bit steep at 13.5 euros - so we went elsewhere (but it looked amazing!)

Great hotel in the centre of town. Very clean and comfortable room. The wifi wasn’t working when we got there but the staff fixed it as we needed it for work. The breakfast was very good. We highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is centrally located close to dining and shops. Room was comfortable and clean. Front desk personal not so friendly or helpful.

Pillows on bed were terrible. Asked for two twins but got one double

Fab hotel and lovely breakfast

the rooms are modern and spacious, staff are very friendly. the restaurant was delicious but expensive. it is located on a highway.

The bed was comfortable! I liked the layout of the room and my little balcony. I enjoyed my stay and was pleased to be able to walk to so many fountains, parks, and restaurants. The room was light and airy (despite their online pic). I’m so glad I stayed here as I really relaxed and enjoyed my time in Pontevedra.

The hotel was clean and located well. We've got a private parking from the hotel which was across the street and it was convenient to keep our car there. Selection of food for breakfast was quite scarce.

Lovely room shame about the party people from 3am - 6am.

We have double bookings on this hotel. But they did not give us refund on the double bookings. They are fully booked and have our other room (the double booking) rented out. So it is not fair that we stayed only in one room and charged for the price of two rooms. It would be fair to refund to us the second room that we had paid for.

6 stars hotel.. nice, clean, close to everything..

* Have stayed in this hotel twice previously. * Bedroom: included bedroom, sitting room and balcony, very well presented and decorated with ample plug points. Beds very comfortable with adequate toiletries provided. Housekeeping staff a credit to the hotel. The one downside was the inadequate air conditioning which we could not have operating below 19 degrees C....struggled to have a comfortable night's sleep. The hotel did however provide us with a fan. * Reception staff very welcoming and always accommodating....could not fault them at all. * Bar/dining area: All the waiters/waitresses staff were delightful. First class service, friendly and always with a smile. Very much hope to return to this hotel in the near future......this area of Galicia is a gem to visit and explore.

Clean. Had an interesting view of the street, but it wasn't too noisy. Conveniently located near old town center. Comfortable bed.
