Hotel was nice, but way off the beaten path

Dorothy at the Front Desk is awesome. Great customer service. The hotel is very nice and clean

Friendly staff, comfortable beds. The tv kept losing the channels we were trying to watch. Breakfast could have been better, but coffee was great. Overall, it was a nice place.

There were only 2 towel

Good breakfast and air conditioning worked well unlike the last two places we stayed on this trip. Property could have been cleaner and in better condition.

Good hotel good breakfast and service

The room had recently been stained, n wasn’t dry. The headboard was sticky which made your hair stick to headboard. The knobs to furniture were sticky too. It left the pillowcases stained n smell. I did get clean pillowcases brought to me. The television kept turning off and on, on certain channels. And then we kept getting pixels on the screen. Staff was polite. Very UNHAPPY with the stay. You would think the rooms would be better quality. Sadly is wasn’t.

It was very good, we were only there overnight, but everything was very good. The person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was very good and the staff at that time was very friendly and helpful.

Property was fine but got there and they did not have my reservation that I had already paid for from travelocity ... So what should have been a five minute check in turned into thirty minutes Trying to get things figured out.

No stock for any items forgotten unlike the notes promise. Offered it chocolate which was a nice touch due to the extremely cold conditions but water was never mire than warm.

Enjoyed our stay. Will return when next in the area.

Quick family trip my grand daughters were ecstatic the indoor pool was open and breakfast was good if ever back in Pampa will definitely stay here

We arrived so let, staff was waiting and very pleasant to o speak to got me situated and up to our room we went. Slept in it was so quiet and peaceful we my husband David and I plus prince really enjoyed it. Shower helped me relax and felt stressed free the breakfast was awesome you have the best breakfast we all enjoy it even prince. Awesome cook lol.

We stopped for one night in our 18 hour road trip home. We arrived after 10pm. The front desk member, Jaiden, was very pleasant and quick. I’m pretty sure we were in bed and asleep by 11pm. Bed was comfy as was room. We left the following morning before breakfast was ready, but it did smell good.
