The room condition is very good and comfortable.

It was good but not amazing

This place was absolutely amazing!! Would be lucky to stay here again. They had complimentary welcome drinks, transportation to and from the train, breakfast, and turn down service!!

Great room

Great time! The skybar was fantastic, the spa, and the restaurant is delicious!!!! At the heart and center of St Moritz, want to go back!

Internet rápida, hotel lindo e super bem localizado, funcionários super atenciosos.. o café da manhã poderia ser mais variado (um cardápio com opções produzidas pela cozinha na hora seria ótimo) e as amenidades dos quartos poderiam ser mais cuidadosas (como disponibilizar sabonete e hidratante para o rosto, mãos, uma garrafinha d’água para uso contínuo.. tinha o básico). Um ponto que nos incomodou foi a falta de ações de sustentabilidade, chinelos descartados sem necessidade, por exemplo.

Excellent room and great service

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Monopol war rundum perfekt und absolut empfehlenswert! Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die großzügige Junior Suite, die nicht nur viel Platz bot, sondern auch durch ihre makellose Sauberkeit glänzte. Ein echtes Highlight war das hervorragende Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen ließ, sowie das exzellente Restaurant, in dem wir fantastisch gegessen haben. Abgerundet wurde das Erlebnis durch das überaus freundliche und aufmerksame Personal, das uns jederzeit das Gefühl gab, herzlich willkommen zu sein. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Ótimo café da manhã além do que o restaurante é ótimo. O skybar também é ótimo. O quarto é espaçoso, limpo e banheiro ótimo

Beautiful hotel right in the midst of amazing St. Moritz. Views are incredible from the 6th floor Sky Bar and Spa. Outstanding service.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of St Moritz. Close to everything, except the train. Although they provide transportation to the train station, so that was wonderful! Staff was so nice and accommodating. They helped us with everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The rooftop bar was a great place to reset and admire the view. Wonderful place to stay!

Everything was perfect! Clean, comfortable and great staff support! Pool is awesome and rooftop bar/restaurant has an amazing view. Definitely we will come back soon!

A lovely hotel, with a bar that looks over the lake. The room was spacious and had everything you needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a free shuttle from train station which was much appreciated Would highly recommend staying here
