房間ok,早餐也還可以，地點鄰近opera house,附近有一些還不錯的餐館。

客房整潔度不錯，在瑪瑙斯算高的飯店，早餐一般但也夠商務客人食用。

I made two reservations on different dates. The first time I was given a key to the room and when I checked in there was a couple inside the room. The room was noisy from the old elevators and there was no insulation from outside noise. The second time I arrived three times the key did not open my room. The air conditioner did not work and they sent a technician to fix it. The elevators are very old and unpleasant to ride.

The wifi worked well, the air conditioner worked well, the room was well equipped and clean. The elevators are very old and this is also evident in the room because there is noise from the elevators. Beyond that, there is no insulation from the street noise, so the room is not quiet.

Great place to stay nearby most historic sites

This is the second time I have stayed here. That is the best recommendation. I have been very happy with everything both times. Highly recommend. Good location too. 😀

Café excelente, atendimento super cortês da equipe, hotel super limpo e bem localizado(dá para ir andando ao Teatro Amazonas), além de quartos amplo e muito confortáveis. Amei minha estadia e com certeza ao retornar à Manaus seja lazer ou trabalho minha estadia será neste hotel.

I was a quick in and out from the Saint Paul, but felt well taken care of while there. The breakfast especially hit the spot. I would happily choose it again. BTW, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. 👍

This is part of the reservation we had with this hotel. I have shared our experience in the other post. Overall, we like the location, walkable to the city center. You may want to drop a note to hotel before you arrive just to make sure that they still have room especially if you will be late at night.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that they do not have a room for us! It was late at the night. We were told that the room air conditioner is not working. They did not have time to send out a note in the Hotel app, text or email. So we were totally unprepared. We had our tour bus pick up next day at this hotel, so we had to come back the next day early in the morning. It was chaotic to say the least. The staff were friendly but unapologetic. Not sure how often it happens but I wanted to share my experience with the community.

O hotel é bom e, no geral, a limpeza estava boa e o café da manhã é bem gostoso. Sempre servem diversas opções de sucos naturais, por exemplo. Entretanto, ficamos um dia inteiro sem água no quarto e, apesar de terem outros quartos com água no hotel, não nos trocaram de quarto. Tivemos que insistir para nos deixar usar o banheiro de outro quarto para tomar banho. Esse dia foi bem desconfortável e eu gostaria que tivessem oferecido um suporte melhor.

O hotel é bom, mas tivemos um problema, pois fizeram uma obra no predio e faltou água o dia inteiro no bloco do quarto em que estávamos. Evidentemente deviam ter nos transferido para algum dos varios quartos disponíveis e com água, mas so fizeram isso depois de mais de 4 horas de espera e tivemos que exigir essa troca (e nos colocaram em um quarto pior do queo original).

Estadia incrível, atendimento de excelência e rapidez.

Muito Boa, mas analisem a possibilidade de em casos excepcionais permitirem o check in algumas horas antes, pois vôos são complicados.

Check in rápido, mas o cartão quase não abria. A porta. No dia seguinte, apos o café da manhã, não conseguimos abrir a porta e foi preciso ir na recepção. Elevadores antigos e demorados, café da manhã razoável. Agora o que mais incomodou foi o barulho. Quase impossível dormir. Barulho da via, batida de porta. Parecia que as pessoas dos outros quartos estavam dentro do nosso!

Localização otima, quatro tamanho bom, somente os elevadores um caos mas no restante ok
