Hotel is along the road, very convenient to find parking and the address. The rooms are a bit old, but the view is stunning with a panorama of the entire Tuscan countryside. The hotel offers dinner, but if you’re willing to drive for 10 mins there is some delicious, great value dining options in town.

Friendly staff, great view, a nice stop for road trip in Tuscany. Hot water is a great plus for winter. But if you’re traveling with big luggages, notice the entrance is through the kitchen.

Zimmer hatte Balkon und eine schöne Aussicht. Zimmergröße war ok. Wir haben Abends in hoteleigenen Restaurant gegessen. Sehr gute toskanische Küche im tollen Ambiente. Frühstück hatten wir nicht im Hotel. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich

Amazing check in with super friendly staff and lovely to our family. Booked a superior room but wasn’t sure it was one and then my mistake I forgot to check in reception. Pool was nice and the view from the structure is very nice. Breakfast ok, little variety. AC didn’t work very well Had an issue at midnight where we heard water dripping, waited a while not understanding where it was coming from, told a member staff that it had been going on for an hour and the reply was: hopefully it’s from upstairs, tell reception in the morning.. so we were concerned that we were going to wake up flooded, then realized when the water went off and on again that we could hear that it was the upstairs shower, no problem with that, just that it would have been nice to know what it was. O hotel tem climatização central, então para dias mais quentes o ar não pode ser regulado no quarto. Hotel com excelente localização, zona central da Toscana e sem ZTL. Café da manhã bom, poderia ser melhor, com pouca variedade de salgados.

O hotel é maravilhoso, exatamente como nas fotos. O quarto estava limpo e bem confortável, além disso o restaurante do hotel é extremamente completo e com uma comida maravilhosa. É importante ressaltar também o atendimento excepcional de toda a equipe do hotel. Sempre dispostos a ajudar e extremamente atenciosos

Para a cidade é um bom hotel pois não há muita estrutura ao redor Bem limpo mas bem velho, o maior problema foi o banheiro que não tem box ou cortina sendo péssimo para tomar banho pelo frio e por molhar tudo ao redor Café da manhã bom, mas nos informaram que terminaria as 10h30, ao chegamos no segundo dia 10h10 houve um constrangimento pois já haviam retirado maior parte da mesa e ficaram bastante arrogantes ao nos ver, trouxeram somente o que lembramos que havia no dia anterior e e solicitamos Também tivemos um outro problema que chegamos de um casamento na madrugada e não havia nenhuma forma de tomar água, recepção vazia, geladeira do bar trancada(e aqui uma questão da cidade que 23h havia somente vending machine de camisinhas e cigarros, nenhuma de bebidas) Foi uma experiencia razoável pelo preço mas infelizmente com estrutura precária

Excelente hotel! Cama super confortável e roupa de cama também. Banheiro muito bom, tinha uma sacada que dava uma vista linda. Estacionamento bem em frente do hotel.

Room was a good size and had a lovely view of Montepulciano old town from the balcony. Staff were friendly. Evening meal in restaurant was good and therecwas a good choice for breakfast. Excellent location and vety good value for money.
