Very clean hotel and very nice river view and outstanding staff

Overall it was very clean, but there were lack of amenities, no slippers, and also the toilet clogged easily and there were no bidets, or anything to help the guest with hygiene and cleaning the toilet. And there was no water inside the rooms and we were instructed to get them from outside although this was not a big problem.

Hotel overlooks river nothing special about immediate area and about 15 mins to Christmas markets . Hotel clean partner had breakfast and approved . "Hit and miss" reception atmosphere and response. Reception (male 30s pony hair, no tie scruffy) rude ignored me completely whilst I waited to be served. Housekeeper missed our bedroom 1st day completely even though we had left early and out for most of the day. Wouldn’t call hotel 4* attention to detail and little extras bottled water, in bathrom only 1 dispenser "Dove" liquid. What happened to body lotion shampoo and conditioner for example. Room for improvement.....

A great hotel, nice staff and a well appointed room.

Rent og pænt. Den ene dag, var der ikke noget vand i 2,5 time. Ingen vand at drikke og man kunne ikke bruge toilettet. - der kunne man måske godt, have tilbudt nogle vandflasker eller lign. Da vandet kom tilbage, virkede håndvasken ikke. VVS’er kunne ikke komme. Vi skulle flytte værelse kl. 22:30, hvilket vi gjorde selv incl. rykkede ekstra seng. Der kunne man måske godt, ha’ lavet en opgradering eller givet en cola.

Bar könnte netter sein, zu hell. Zimmer zur Straße mit Baustelle und unten vorm Eingang die Reisebusse zum Hotel teilweise Motor an und Zimmer direkt am Fahrstuhl und Lüftung dauerhaft im Bad an, nicht abstellbar, für 4 Sterne nicht geeignet

Rooms were spotless, beds comfortable, lovely view of the river, walking distance to market square!

Room was fine as usual, but air conditioning or ventilation was too loud

Super parkeringsforhold, kæledyrsvenligt og dejlig tæt på parkområde til at lufte hunde. Wifi fungerede uden problemer og med fin hastighed.

La habitación olía a tabaco ( también las sábanas). Hice el checking a las 22 horas y me asignaron una habitación del primer piso, a pesar que le pedí una más alta. Me dijeron que no podía ser. Me dio la impresión de que el hotel no estaba lleno. En el cuarto de baño la papelera estaba llena de basura del anterior huésped. No ponen artículos higiénicos de ningún tipo. Le pedí espuma de afeitar y me dijeron que la vendían. En resumen: hotel con pretensiones y precio alto que no pasa de un 2 o 3 estrellas. El desayuno correcto. ( lógico por el precio que pagas). No repetiría.

Sauna ei ollut päällä ensimmäisenä iltana vaikka oli sovittu.Kylpytakki ja pyyheliina tuotiin vasta toisesta pyynnöstä. Ylihintainen tavanomainen aamiainen ja parkkipaikka. Hiljainen ja siisti huone. Hyvä sänky. Hinta/laatu hyvä.

It was excellent as usual. 10th time probably here, perfect hotel, perfect price / quality balance !
