Awesome as usual and we all had fun especially the kiddos. Best and affordable resort for the little ones.

The place has a good ambiance. If given the chance to stay here again I'd choose the poolside rooms next time. We checked-in around 9pm already due to bad weather conditions but we were only given until 1pm check out. But overall, our experience is great!

Very nice resort. Perfect for family with kids. Everyone will surely enjoy its amenities. They don't allow free breakfast for kids though.

Well spent days here. Everything was a breeze and felt like a proper staycation apart from when I suffered a bad tummy and vomiting after eating raw fish. Beach is beautiful but low tide in the afternoon literally loses the only swimmable area of the hotel. Other than that, I still highly recommend.

still at the resort but cant wait to give my ratings. 4.5 stars! staff are all so accommodating. they allowed us to check in at 1 pm. pool and beach is clean and has powdery white sand. love the breakfast spread. overall ambience is tropical yet classy 😊 will consider coming back 😊

It was a very great experience for me and especially for my husband because he has a very high standard when it comes to almost everything but luckily Costabella Tropical Beach Hotel did pass his expectation. We liked the cozy ambiance of the hotel and the decoration especially the wood carvings is so adorable.

They didn’t have electricity for most of our stay. They weren’t ready and they didn’t have a back up power source. The electricity was back out until 9PM.

Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by the warm smiles of the staff. The spanish era ambience gave me a relaxing feeling of being in the late 1960s. The front desk staff where very well mannered and very accommodating. What I appreciate most about every staff in this resort is that they do not hesitate in giving suggestions of what I might need, if for example,i would need a crib for my child,or a high hair. It made me feel like they are really there at my service that alone, is worth our money. Sad to say, we did not get to swim at the beach much since it was low tide. I have to mention, the very sumptuous lunch and buffet breakfast we had at the resort. Yes, the food where a bit pricey, but it was worth it. The plating was exceptional ig worthy, the taste was high end. I can tell that they used high grade ingredients. So you know why it is of that price. Nothing is cheap in quality. Kudos to the team in la marina, the manager (or I think he was) was very accommodating, you could see that he was groomed well for the job, the gestures, and posture everything. Despite the resort having a spanish era theme, you get a modern accommodation with their sleek bath tub and all day hot shower just turn the knob left! Flat screen tv with no interruption. Own hair blower and a lot of sockets to charge our gadgets. I could spend the whole day just snuggling on the bed, I was so tempted to ask where they got their comforters because they where the best I have ever snuggled in. I feel like I cheated costabella, we paid around 4k but we where upgraded for free to a deluxe room and got the best service and food. It was worth more than the money. Thank you for giving us a splendid experience on our wedding anniversary costabella! Ps. The billiard needs an upgrade though haha. We love billiards.

Entering the gates of this resort, you already know it's gonna be a good stay. Check-in was a breeze, staff are all happy and courteous. We were able to get a good deal plus got upgraded to a poolside room on the third floor and we couldn't be any happier. Only downside is there's no elevator in the building and we were nursing our sore legs so any staircase is a challenge. The place is a few meters away from the main road though so it takes a while to get a cab thru the front desk. However, there are lots to do in the resort and the restaurant is open 24/7 so you won't get hungry here! La Marina offers a lot of variety and everything we ordered were really good. They have a desk open from 6am to 10pm where you can book any aqua activities which is really great! Room is tastefully decorated and very clean. Beds, sheets, and towels are legit hotel-grade. Our previous 4 days in Cebu were hectic and staying overnight at this resort to relax was a perfect way to end our vacation in Cebu.

The place in general is okay. It's just that the beach area is too small and there are too many weeds on the beach. It seems they do not do the cleaning regularly.

Very good and surelly will come back to Costabella.
