Staff very kindly allowed me the use of one of their conference rooms for a chance to organize some files for delivery

Professional and personal staff.

Others were too noisy around 10pm at night. It looks like a large group was staying. I think a sports group. Everything else was awesome except for the price. It was to much to pay and barely get anything decent for the free breakfast.

We actually didn't stay there.. internet was down on check-in so had to stay at Hampton Inn

We arrived early (1 hour) and asked if we could possibly check in early but the type and location of room we had requested was not ready yet so we opted to wait the extra hour until regular check in time. No problem. However, when we returned an hour later, we were told the room was still not ready and we had to wait an extra 30 minutes. If front desk staff had communicated with cleaning staff when we first arrived this could have been avoided and everything would have gone more smoothly. Overall, great place to stay!

The second TV did not work except for that everything was good

Stayed at the Fairfield Inn one night. Staff very friendly, room was clean and many restaurants nearby to choose from. Would stay here again.

Room was switched without my authorization from a twin queen to a single king suite. Doesnt sleep a family of 4 worth a fu*k. I was told the hotel overbooked, i booked 6 weeks in advance. Thanks for the worst sleep ive had in years. Quite the surprise during check in 😡

The front desk staff was absolutely amazing. Hotel was clean. Check in and out was a breeze. Coffee was yummy, not something I’m normally used to or come to expect from hotel coffee. Breakfast options were varied and delicious. 10 out of 10, good family fun!

The staff at this hotel was super friendly and helpful. By far the friendest staff I have encountered in a while.

Great staff. Clean and quiet. Bath fan didn’t work so the steam was heavy after a shower. This is my only complaint.
