It’s excellent value for money

Excellent breakfast with really attentive service, the hotel was so close to everything but also really quiet. It is not the most modern place but is clean, comfortable, perfect location and lovely owners/staff so is definitely worth the price. Would definitely stay here again.

I felt comfortable as a solo traveller. But then it was my home town for nearly 40 years. However staff fantastic. I didn't check in until quite late in the day, and was told my room would be in the 1st not grounds floor which I had asked for. But the reason was the lock on my ground floor was playing up and needed a repair. But I could lock from inside and although it was a struggle I managed it so it was my choice to take the ground floor. Peaceful night. Nice shower. Found duvet in cupboard not on bed as it was hot, but I needed it during night. The sheets alone were a nice touch though as was very hot outside. Breakfast was included which was just enough for me. Staff from check in until check out were lovely and friendly. This time was a 1 night stay but I would definitely use it more when going to see family and friends

Staff were very kind & helpful. Room 15 needed a few, small maintenance improvements. Free, safe parking. Yummy breakfast! I will definitely return! 🙂 Thank you! ☺️

Our room was lovely and a lot of care had been taken in its decoration. The bathroom was fully tiled with a Mediterranean feel. The hotel is very clean and the staff put in a lot of hard work to keep it so. We had a meal in the restaurant on our first night which was very nice and the bar was open to residents until 10.00 pm. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices, I recommend the full English. There is limited free parking on site. All the staff are wonderful and went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

The staff are very helpful and friendly service the Brett was very good 👍 the hotel had a nice little bar with a TV in bar there was a little carpark for about 5 cars Easy to walk around and not far to seafront would stay there again

Easy to get too. Gave me a parking permit to park outside. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Plenty of tea and coffee. Fantastic choice of breakfast included in the price. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel was very clean and check in with very quick and easy. The hotel parking can be a bit tricky because space is not always available.. the room was very clean and spacious. The bed was really .. the bathroom with very clean and tidy coffee and tea making facilities in the room.. breakfast was very nice the dining room was clean and well presented and the staff were so polite and waited on you. I cannot fault this hotel. I would definitely use again

The Ilfracombe is a little olde worlde but very comfortable and quiet. The beds are comfortable, the rooms clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast served in their quaint breakfast room is absolutely superb and set us up well for a long day's walking in the sea air!

The staff are cordial while so friendly. The room was great and the location can be beat by any other ones.
