The service was excellent. After checking out, we stored our luggage, and when we went to pick it up, the front desk proactively gave us two bottles of water. Room service was prompt as well (usually within 15 miuntes). Also, the room design was very good, featuring an electric stove and a European-style bathtub, which were very aesthetically pleasing. Lastly, the location is very close to major subway lines 1 and 2, which is very convenient for traveling to Notre Dame and old montreal.

A really nice oasis in the middle of the city. Room was well maintained, quiet despite being in the middle of downtown, staff was wonderful. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Loved our room and the bathtub! Excellent location- walking distance to so much -including the arena for a habs game! I loved the evening turndown service. Would definitely go back to this hotel if I return to Montreal.

The hotel and staff were excellent, the only thing that bothered me was the inconsistent daily rates which I did not understand the reasons for.

The hotel itself is very nice and staff very friendly. Unfortunately the pool was closed for renovations and they did not make this clear at the time of booking. The bathroom was also not very clean or modern. Bed was really nice and comfy though!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful (we had the one with the fireplace). It was very cozy and warm and clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive - extremely on point, even at the door and with valet parking. Given that this hotel is fairly new and recently opened up, we were extremely impressed. And bonus, they are dog friendly - even with water bowls in the lobby.

Een prachtige grote kamer met zalige bedden. We hebben genoten van: de luxe: veel en grote handdoeken, heerlijke zeep en bodylotion, een lampje onder het bed met bewegingssensor zodat je niet in het donker naar de badkamer hoefde te lopen, het stoomapparaat, wauw! Er was altijd heerlijk fruitwater dat je kon tappen in de lobby. De locatie was ook ideaal. We misten alleen wat opbergruimte (bv een plankje voor je toilettas en wat extra hangers in de kast) en een eigen bedlampje. Ik zou hier zeker opnieuw verblijven, het is een fantastisch hotel!.

The staff especially the front desk ladies and the bell boys were very helpful in answering questions about the area and on what to do while visiting downtown Montreal. They were also professional too. Furthermore, the room I got was clean, modern and quiet. I'll be sure to book again when I'm back in town. I hope they keep it maintained.

Beautiful hotel. Nice and clean. Staff was great and friendly. The gym is null, two treadmills in a small room. The pool was closed when we were there. But I would definitely go back.

This hotel, is brand new. Well designed rooms and Amazing location. Besides valet parking there is a parking lot close by ( no in and out allowed) but great parking rates. The staff at Montreal Metcalf are so nice, from Valet, to reservations, the Manager ( Clara ) to the restaurant manager and team- all so professional and attentive. We will most certainly stay here again soon. TD
