Easy access to boardwalk

The front desk service was terrible. We had to wait an hour for them to give us our room, due tobthem still being cleaned. She got my information mixed up with another customer, then overcharged me $10 more than stated rate.

I love the location of my room and how spacious it it

We picked this hotel because of its location to shopping and restaurants, except most of the stores and restaurants were all closed. The pool was closed and there was nothing for my grandson to do.

Excellent property - only problem is thermostats are limited to only going down to 66 degrees. For this reason only - I will not be back.

Hotel was nice. However I booked a pool view room for a reason and even let the front desk lady know thats the type of room we request and it was never mentioned that the pool was under construction and not open. I could have missed it being listed somewhere when booking. But this information would have been good to know on check in.

We always stay, great hotel!!

Only complaint is that my and hubbys phone stayed in SOS mode while on property. Staff stated “it’s a Verizon thing” however no excuse. Made for an uncomfortable uncertainty with lifeline depending on hotels WIFI.

The first room they gave us had duty towels in the bathroom the second room didn’t really have a good view. The fire alarm was going off at 12 at night. I went to the front desk to make sure everything was OK.

They Charge some bogus tax once you check in after your room is suppose to be already paid for

Wonderful stay, nice atmosphere and Bistro was nice and great Customer friendly service.

We were very impressed with the helpfulness of staff and clinliness of hotel. Really enjoyed our stay

Property is nice but the train runs next to it, there’s not a train horn but the side of the building that we were you could here the a loud droning noise all night…
