Dans un environnement de vignes et de mineralité cet hôtel est une belle introduction à la découverte de l’île et de ses particularités. Accueil chambre et restauration excellentes.

Very friendly and welcoming when we arrived, we were given a choice of room. Room was comfortable and clean and had an amazing view. Staff all very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Jon in the restaurant was really excellent!

Situation très centrale pour visiter l'île, au calme, loin des zones touristiques. Grande chambre avec plein de placards, une grande salle de bain en chambre sup twin et même une terrasse. Bon restaurant mais un seul serveur. Le réception ferme à 16h30, donc on a reçu un code pour ouvrir la boite située à l'entrée de l'hôtel. Très facile et la dame à la réception est vraiment très serviable.

La situation géographique est centrale et idéale pour rayonner en étoile sur l'île.

Service of the staff was fabulous. Loved them all. Location was fantastic Bar and restaurant were amazing. Room was very clean but only the towels replaced and the beds were made daily. Floors should be vacuumed daily.

Warm welcome to hotel, information at check in was good. Comfortable room, clean and spacious. Good breakfast and evening dinners. Enjoyed the walk around the Finca and also the 30 minute walk amongst the vines to El Grifo Winery. Pool was nice and refreshing. Reception staff were very helpful.

Agreable surprise d'un hotel au milieu des vignes, un accueil irréprochable, et un restaurant charmant et d'une tres bonne ambiance. Petits-déjeuners cosy anglais, un délice ! Cuisine locale avec les produits du terroir.

Very nice staff. Quiet place great to discover the island. Breakfast was good and recommended to have an excellent diner.

Our stay of 8 days was perfect. It is a very quiet hotel set in its own vineyard which offered the relaxation we were looking for. The staff are all excellent and we would like to thank Lesley, Martin & Alby for their lovely friendly manner. We ate most nights at the hotel as Dave's food was too good to go elsewhere. We hired a car and would recommend Haria for Saturday Market & Cesar Manrique's home, Janubio & Famara beaches

Durch die Lage im Inselzentrum Top Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren über die Insel. Da es in der näheren Umgebung keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und keine Restaurants gibt ist ein Auto auf jeden Fall erforderlich.

Todo es hermoso en este hotel. Las habitaciones, las areas comunes, los alrededores…. Excelente servicio y atención a cada detalle. Pasamos felices en Lanzarote y en el hotel.

Beautiful, comfortable and clean hotel 15min away from the airport by car. It’s not on the coast, but San Bartolomé’s area is incredibly charming. Since it’s in the center of the island you are not far from anywhere. There’s no elevator, there are few parking spots (including 2 for electric cars), sometimes you have to park outside. For once, window shutters allow to sleep in the dark, and sound isolation is ok. Rooms are big, bed and pillows very comfortable, and breakfast is good.

Estuvimos durante 8 noches como si estuviéramos en nuestra propia casa: comodidad, independencia, limpieza. La habitación era muy grande con un sofá. El baño amplísimo con ducha muy grande también. Terraza con vistas a los viñedos y a un volcán. Ni un sólo ruido. El hotel está ubicado en el centro de la isla lo que facilita los desplazamientos. Y, por último, la atención del personal : de 10.

Hotel rural, comodo y espacioso. Esta situado en una finca alejado de cualquier poblacion pero facilmente accesible por carretera. Tiene bar muy bien atendido.

Mi experiencia fue buena, el personal siempre muy agradable y atento las instalaciones y la habitación confortables y limpias.

Es todo un encanto y la gente que lo atiende super amable, simpático

Heerlijk hotel met fijne service en een heel uitgebreid ontbijt. We hadden een prachtige, ruime kamer met balkon en uitzicht op de wijnvelden. Kortom, gunstig voor als je een wijnproeverij wilt doen en iedereen wilt laten meeproeven. 1 minpuntje, reeds gemeld in het hotel, was dat in onze kamer geluid vanuit de keuken te horen was (bijv. Gerinkel van pannen en servies) Het weer viel wat tegen, vooral veel wind op deze plek in het midden van het eiland, maar daar heeft het hotel natuurlijk geen invloed op. Ze hebben heerlijk brede kussens en helpen graag als je er meer wilt.
