Excellent service all around.

We experience racism during our stay, I got married in Vegas on May 24, 2025, and our first night there was a noise compliant from next door it was only 9pm I don't what time quiet hours are, but we are in Vegas for the first time. Our wedding all met us in my room before going out to take pictures. Second and third was same I felt we were picked on the whole weekend. I will not be staying here again. Hotel was very beautiful and clean, but they were a lot of entitled and racist people next door to us, we even got looks and rude comments as we walked out after the noise compliant.

Excellent property. Clean. Spacious. Full kitchen in some suites. No casino, so no smoke. Attached to mall with great food options.

I liked responsive staff and text messaging system for requests. I was not impressed with my room. Dishwasher was not working, Then it was replaced not professionally causing leakage to the kitchen. Also there was foul odor coming from the hot tub, which seems related to sewage. Additionally, I heard gurgling noises from the hot tub even though it wasn't full. This issue is quite unpleasant.

Parking charges excessive Resort fees a poorly masked cash grab. Insulting. Nobody likes being nickel and dimed. Better to just build everything into an all inclusive cost instead of luring customers in and then offending them. Customers remember that

Your property is dirty and poorly maintained. Disappointing.

Great Hoyle and location. View was fabulous. We could see the Sphere off to the side of the hotel. The drop down tv was a hit for the family.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect! It’s slightly to the side where you’re away from the craziness of the strip, but so close that you can walk through the mall and be on the strip across the street from the bellagio! Service was good and rooms were spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend!

This was a great hotel and a great location. It is a timeshare property though so they really try to push that on other guests, which I did not care for.

I will start with the bad. 1 parking, they tried to double charge me, once at the valay $30/day and again at the front desk $18/day. This fee should be included with the stay, and transparent. 2. Some of the staff were condescending, some were very sweet and helpful. The 2 free coffees at Starbucks is another weird conflict, you can get them at the same time but not at different times, but only when the morning shift is working, night shift is more accommodating and customer service oriented. Oh and the water bottles are at guest services even though they tell you to go to Starbucks false advertising. If you want to sit in on the Owners offers and are married you both need to be there. I find this odd,. especially if a couple takes care of their own finances and has prenuptial agreements. Overall the stay was very frustrating. THE GOOD. The room was clean and spacious, we had a Jacuzzi tub (it needed a step) and the view of the city was pretty amazing. I will never stay at a Hilton again, after this experience.

great stay! view from the room was excellent! no complaints

Stayed in a 3 bed suite. Each had own bathroom and the main bedroom was enormous. Full kitchen provided too. Was on 50th floor with amazing all round views of the strip and sphere. Great location for strip also. No casino on site so was a little quieter than many other resorts

This has been our go to hotel for the past 12 years! We love everything about this location! The accommodations, staff and location are phenomenal!

Upscale, clean, and safe. Perfect for work trips.

Liked the convenience of in room amenities such as kitchen, friendly staff, plenty of walkable activities on the las vegas strip.
