酒店環境好 但內部裝修和清潔一般 晏晝沒有熱水供應洗澡

泳池很美，海灘旁的飲料吧也很棒！這次還體驗了洞穴spa，整體來說都是不錯的。但部份服務人員沒那麼親切，感覺美中不足。

Access to beach which is not shared with other resorts(maybe), so it is like a semi-private beach. Especially the patch outside the hotel is carefully maintained. Room is spacious as in most Koh Samui hotels. House keeping need some improvement, sometimes sand is still on floor and some sheets are not ultra clean. Not bad overall, I am just critical on hotel quality. Good place to stay comfortably with family. Kudos to the pool that has very few sand at the bottom even it is next to a beach. Nice free banana chips in room, forgot to ask if I can buy.

酒店总体上不错，很干净，服务很好，店员很有礼貌。房间的小泳池和酒店的大泳池水很好很清澈，酒店的沙滩很漂亮，值得体验。缺点是酒店的用餐贵且味道一般，年夜饭不仅贵且花样太少、档次不高。

泳池清潔，人不多 靜中帶旺 附近按摩便宜 地點人流不多。。非常適合度假

第一次带家人海岛旅游度假，选择入住两室套间，看重厨房。 整体设备不错，就差厨房设计不够体贴。 锅子没盖，找不到插头。

一切都很棒！但是少數員工的態度讓我們有點不愉快，像是沒有定好車或是沙灘毛巾等事。飯店位置有點偏遠但是門口就有按摩店跟餐廳吃飯，不用擔心沒事做！沙灘旁邊也有按摩店跟酒吧，一整天都不用出門。happy hour點酒時要注意數字，我們本來要4杯酒，買一送一，第一天點2杯，就只來2杯。第2天點2杯卻來了4杯酒。

非常好的酒店，房间超大，房间自带游泳池特别适合孩子，服务态度特别好，海滩在一个湾里，沙子很细，周围饭店很多，属于一个比较安静的区域，超赞

地點(比起查汶)要安靜,離機場近,泳池沙灘都不錯,適合家庭旅遊. 缺點: 1. 對於房型的建議差. 2. 服務OK,早餐稍嫌擁擠. 3. 客房熱水不穩定.

员工很热情，酒店环境很花园，海滩很美，泳池也很美，早餐也丰富，附近吃的喝的玩的按摩等都可以找到。

The service at this resort was wonderful- staff were always kind and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was pretty decent and had a good variety. The property grounds was very lush and green. With that said, I'd say this resort is more like a 4-star resort. We felt like a lot of details were overlooked or simply just not met- i.e. dirty/stained bedding that still persisted even after being replaced, beach towels that were falling apart. Still a great stay but for the price point, it felt a little short.

Reception staff very accommodating. Breakfast very poor and staff not the best. Not much choice. Best thing was the fresh juice. Croissants and pastries stale. Rooms very large but also very dated. Upon arrival , no greeting. We had to bring our own bags to reception. Only 5 parking spaces. Certainly not 5*. Good location, nice beach and spa.

Parfait, le personnel est très agréable. juste un petit bémol sur les tarifs du bar trop élevé par rapport à la concurrence il vous facture la tva et le service sans vous prévenir sur les prix affiché

The entire property is beautiful and you feel well taken care of from the moment you step on the property. Highly recommened!

All was fantastic.

Brilliant hotel. Rooms were authentic, but with all modern needs. We stayed in a normal room and it was huge. The breakfast was good quality but the buffet area seemed a bit claustrophobic. Having the hotel on the beach is a great perk. With beach bar having great food and the staff are very attentive.
