Arrived to a room that had a dreadfully smell and very dirty. Found a wet smelly sheet in the drier. No internet connection. Asked to be moved, could not stay in that room. Thankfully Eliott moved us to another room. Eliott is very helpful. The next room was much better, although the drains smelt, (cleaners need to disinfect the drains) the kitchen was dirty. I really think they need to change their cleaners. The greenery was lush and well maintained. The next door residents were noisy late into the night. Not cheap, I expected more for my money.
