There are a lot of stains on the breakfast utensils.

Comfortable and clean hotel. The atmosphere is nice there. The only one shortage is that there's only one bus could take to the city center every 30 min.

Price is good. Staffs are friendly. Due to the location constrict, it is not convenient if you don't drive.

The breakfast was very good for buffet with cooked options. It’s well located for Winchester but not a hotel with charming views and paying for parking on top of room charges needs looking at. Why not make it inclusive ? A fridge in the room and capsule coffee maker would be more useful than a safe.

This was our first visit of the property under the new name and branding. The redesigned foyer and common areas are appealing and well designed, our family room was clean and comfortable and nicely put together in terms of style. The restaurant area is less successful in terms of design and we would not rate the breakfast above average. However, five stars to the entire breakfast team (open kitchen included) for their warm hospitality.
