We stayed here for one night and I wish it was one week! The view was stunning, beach was gorgeous and the staff were so kind and friendly and accommodating. This was at the end of our vacation and I wish we had had more time here. Absolutely worth it and could not recommend more

Pro - Hotel has a beach - People are very kind and helpful - Supermarket very close if you should need something - Busstop is next to the hotel - Room is big enough, with balcony and amazing view! - 15min to old town Split if you have a car. Or with Uber Contra: -Nothing Very pleased and happy to stay there!

Villa Zanic has easily been a 10/10. If we could give it a higher score we would. Mickey the receptionist was an absolute gem…so friendly, helpful and a wealth of information. Mladen the manager was also so kind and a joy to visit with. He made us the most amazing breakfast and delicious coffee each morning (for a fee). It was wonderful to enjoy the views from the deck and have some great conversation with him. Our room was spotlessly clean and well equipped and we loved our deck!! The beds and pillows were a dream to sleep on and the air conditioning in each room made sleeping so comfortable. The walk in rain shower was wonderful to use everyday and unlimited hot water! We loved having the beach outside our door with pool toys to use, deck chairs and umbrellas for free. It was also nice to have onsite parking. We were only a short Uber ride to Split which was recommended because of parking issues in the downtown area. The restaurants in the vicinity are wonderful but especially the one right across the street Dioklecijan… absolute best service and the most delicious food! We can’t say enough good about this place. It was an absolute pleasure. Thank you for having us… you are all so wonderful. Keep up the great job!!

As soon as we arrive we felt the hospitality by the receptionist and members of the property they were very kind and friendly. Always there for you whenever you needed them. The facilities are great and service 10/10. I would definitely come back to spend some days in this area . I strongly recommend to stay at Villa Zanic.

The hotel and the staff were wonderful. If you are not a big fan of "all inclusive" vacation this is for you. We walked around a lot, the transportation works fine. There are many dining options and small shops are nearby. The room overlooks the beach and we heard the sea every minute of our stay, which is perfect. The staff are excellent. Mladen gave us recommendations what to see and how to get around. All in all it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

All was amazing, the staff were so friendly and made us feel so welcome ! The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. Thank you very much for the stay again !

Chambre impeccable avec vue sur la mer, l'accueil formidable, Mladen et Miryana nous ont bien conseillé durant notre séjour. Hôtel calme , plage avec transat, parasol, paddle mis à disposition.

Veldig fin plassering med havet rett ved hotellet. Vi fikk leilighet med stor veranda og utgang rett til stranden. Aircondition fungerte godt i leiligheten vi hadde. De som driver stedet var veldig hyggelige og gjestfrie. Vi fikk nye håndklær annenhver dag og egne strandhåndduker vi kunne benytte på stedets egne strandsone. Det ble sagt at de skulle vaske hver femte dag, men det ble ikke vasket på badet, gulvet og på overflater i leiligheten i løpet av de 14 dagene vi var der. Det var egne solsenger og parasoll som vi kunne benytte uten at det kostet noe ekstra. Noe utfordrende å komme seg inn til Split på grunn av mye trafikk mellom Podstrana og Split.

Was a bit concerned with checkout where the proprietor said that the Hotel does not take credit card and I must pay cash (mentioning a nearby ATM). I said to proprietor I was worried about ATM hacking (by skimmer) and using foreign ATM's may have other risks. Proprietor kindly said I could pay by sending Euros to his wife's iban bank account, so doing that option. I mentioned that it would be nice to list cash payment policy on Expedia site as Expedia seems to be the contractor for making the agreement/deal on the booking. Otherwise customers cannot estimate how much cash to bring on foreign travel if a hotel demand pops up at the last moment.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location on the beach was very comfortable for a relaxing holiday with sun and sea. The service and friendliness of the staff was absolutely wonderful, it gave us such a cozy feeling of being welcome and valued guests. Everything was clean and lovely. Highly recommend.

Oppholdet var fantastisk, hyggelige og hjelpsomme personale, fin lokasjon og er lett å komme seg inn til sentrum derifra. Selve leiligheten var utmerket, godt rengjort.

Pension Zanic er et lille familiedrevet sted, som virkelig går op i at deres gæster har det godt. Stedet lå helt ud til strandpromenaden og der var et lille privatområde med solvogne og så tog man sin egen parasol med fra terrassen. Alle værelser havde terrasse eller altan udtil stranden. Området var roligt og man kunne sagtens sove med åbent vindue ud mod promenaden og høre bølgernes roligende lyd om natten. Stedet havde paddleboards og andet vandudstyr til fri afbenyttelse. Der er masser af restauranter, snackbarer og isboder langs vandet og supermarked lå lige på den anden side af vejen. Der er gode busforbindelser til både Split og Omis. Kan virkelig anbefale stedet.

The property was perfect. We had a unit just steps from the beach . Upon arrival we were provided with an ice cold beverage . The entire staff were hospitable and kind . I would highly suggest staying at Villa Zanic. We look forward to returning one day .

Parfait

Yderst hjælpsom og venlig personale - MEGET imødekommende. Parkering er lidt en tetris opgave, men igen - personalet meget hjælpsomme. Vi blev tilbudt rengøring hver dag, men vi havde ikke behov. Fin morgenmad som man kan tilkøbe på stedet. Rygepolitikken i Kroatien lader til at være mindre restriktiv end i Danmark. Der er rygefri værelser, men på balkon/terrasse er det tilladt. Der kunne også ryges på restauranter. Der var vi ikke forberedt på.

Absolutely amazing stay. Right on the beach. Chairs and umbrella included. Lovely balcony facing the water. The owner was super nice and helpful. Will definitely come back some day.

Very nice place. Close to Split and right by the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby with plenty of choice's. Shop's, and bakery nearby. EV chargers right by as well. The beaches were not crowded either. Room was clean, service was excellent, the host was very nice and always ready to help with anything. Sunbeds, umbrellas, SUP, and toys for children can be used free of charge. There was nothing negative about this place. Having all this amenities nearby and being able to just walk straight from the room to the beach made for a very relaxing holiday. Wold recommend it every day.

The most beautiful stay for my sister and I from Australia! The hosts/ reception are absolutely amazing and so attentive in helping plan activities & restaurants. This hotel is humble but has lovely air conditioning and the most comfortable bed! The hotel features the most beautiful terrace to enjoy your breakfast or a drink overlooking the private beach! Perfect beach holiday away from the hustle and bustle of Split, only a short 15 min uber ride away! So you can enjoy your private beach here at the hotel in the day & enjoy the city by night! There are beach toys, paddle boards, umbrellas and beach chairs to enjoy complementary which was amazing! We were so well looked after! Thank you for the most memorable stay! Would recommend for friends, couples or families travelling!
