Chambre propre et climatisée ce qui était très appréciable vu la canicule. Nous avions la 1 qui est bien placée par rapport à la sortie, la réception et la salle de petit-déjeuner mais bruyante par rapport aux gens qui sont assis dehors à toute heure (6h-7h du matin ou à minuit), qui parlent fort et que l'on entend même fenêtre fermée! Ce qui est plutôt un manque de respect d'autres clients que de la faute à l'hôtel. Petit-déjeuner copieux, sucré, salé, œufs brouillés et lards, yaourts, fruits frais etc. Il y a de tout. Parking extérieur sécurisé, ce qui est pratique quand on emmène ses vélos mais problème de place quand l'hôtel est complet. .

Hôtel bien situé manque un peu d isolation moi qui suis pas une bonne dormeuse.petit déjeuner moyen machine à café très limite chocolat et cappuccino pas terrible et dommage pour 15€ par personnes d avoir des croissants et pain chocolat décongeler sinon le personnel a l accueil et très serviable

Vi boede på et 5 personers værelse som var helt ny istandsat og virkelig pænt og rent. Hotellet serverer en lækker morgenmad. Det ligger lidt udenfor byen men meget tæt på søen. Fra værelset (B32) havde vi udsigt til søen. Vi kom i El bil og købte adgang til at lade for 10 euro, men desværre var begge lade p pladser optaget af almindelige biler. Hvilket hotellet ikke ville/kunne gøre noget ved. Vi fik dog refunderet udgiften. Ellers var alt fint 👌

Rekommenderas inte om man vill hänga på sitt hotellrum. Om man gör som oss och är ute hela dagarna funkar det toppen!

God beliggenhed. Værelset var ikke særligt rent især ikke badet.

Reception not too friendly on arrival! Comfortable stay with great A/C

Équipe accueillante et attentionnée, très bon petit déjeuner, logement spacieux, propre et confortable. Parking très pratique, localisation idéale. Route proche assez bruyante pour les chambres vue lac, n’hésitez pas à prendre les chambres sans vue pour plus de calme.

Personnel très très agréable et au service de la clientèle.

We had a fabulous stay. A great hotel in every way.

We came early at 11:00, so our rooms weren't ready which was obviously fine since check in was at 16. We were able to leave the car parked there and went for lunch. When we came back at 16, the women initially told us our rooms still weren't ready, but in the end we got our rooms. The rooms seems to have had some water damage in the bathroom and had some cheap fixes to cover them up. Practically, everything worked, just was a bit funky. The only complaint I really have was I was charged 5 euros for a bottle of water which they neglected to tell me the price.

This property is located right across the street from the lake, making it in many ways ideal for that reason. That said, it's at least a 45 minute walk to Old Annecy, making it less desirable. Food and bar options either on property, or nearby, are just very limited. Depending on the time of year, you will find parking to be nearly impossible if you are driving to the Old Town area. Thankfully, this property maintains their own parking lot, which was really convenient and appreciated. Staff were super friendly and helpful! The room I had was fairly small, about what I was expecting for the money I paid, and I would say the value is okay too slightly above average. This place certainly served its purpose for my visit to this lovely town. I would recommend it to others comma just be aware of what you are and what you are not getting.

Great location right near the lake. Room was spacious and we enjoyed the 2 balconies. Very nice place to stay

La chambre n était pas très propre. Le sol était sale, Impossible de marcher pieds nus. Pas assez de papier toilette. Petit dej, gestion de la vaisselle difficile pas assez de tasses pour le café/chocolat. Personnel sympathique, la climatisation très efficace. Pour être déjà venu plusieurs fois, cette fois fut quelque peu décevante. Cdt

Nous avons passés 2 nuits au calme chambre très bien insonoriser et climatisé. Il manque toutefois d’un rideau les stores laisse passer un peu trop la lumière. P’tit dej très bien

Our room was really humid (smell humidity). We discover later that the A/C was leaking water and the carpet was wet. I don't like in general room with carpet. The bes was comfortable, but there was no mattress cover. The sheet was directly in the mattress which I find unsanitary

Het is het allemaal net niet meer. Het is zichtbaar al langer in gebruik. Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Parkeren is prima.

This place has seen better days, but it was just across the beautiful lake and easy access to activities and transit. Breakfast buffet was decent and dinning room opened onto lovely patio.
