Habitación muy limpia, personal y amable. Desayuno rico y variado.

Todo en general está muy bien, pero lo que más me agrado fue la atención del personal. Y pues como petición o sugerencia que el horario de la alberca estuviera más extenso

The hotel is being remodeled. It is beautiful My room has a tbrand new.Big TV with a lot.more options. I felt more like staying in the room instead of going to the beach. This remodeled hotel gets a super 10. I am ready to return.

Demaciado decepciónado estuve 5 días primer día la agua del baño í lavamanos. Solo dos personas fueron súper atentas Adolfo chavarin i la mujer de arreglar el cuarto i mujer de limpieza 5 días pidiendo la contraseña del wifi i el personal que se encargue de enfrente me ignoraba demciado pobre la sistencia al cliente. Me molestó mucho este tema del wifi í personal tube que llamar ami compañía de teléfonos de usa para comprar datos i poderle competir internet. Mi hija.

Habitación muy cómoda, buen atención del personal, alberca agua caliente, desayuno con buen sabor,

La alberca y el estacionamiento están deshabilitados, la verdad si contemplaba hacer uso de ambos servicios, aunque la calle es muy tranquila. La comida que ofrecen en el desayuno muy muy muy rica y basta. La gente que se queja del desayuno no sé qué esperan, está rico y completo. La gente que atiende en general es amable, los chicos de mantenimiento me apoyaron en todo momento. Nos tocaron dos habitaciones remodeladas, muy bonitas, quedaron excelentes. El mar está a 2 minutos caminando. Gracias!

La alberca está remodelada y quedó muy bien, aunque hay pocos camastros, el área donde es el desayuno también está recién remodelada y quedó muy bonita. Excelente con el préstamo de toallas para alberca y/o playa Buena atención del personal, buena ubicación del hotel, accesible a tiendas de alimentos, súper.

Las instalaciones muy limpias y modernas, el servicio de los maleteros excelente solo la atención de la recepcionista al salir del hotel fue desagradable ya que no nos agradeció la estancia solo nos recogió la tarjeta de acceso yo creo se molestó porque estaba dormida en su lugar de trabajo y la despertamos para entregar a las 11am

This hotel clearly spent zero dollars on soundproofing. Every noise travels through the building like you are living inside an echo chamber. If it’s not construction workers hammering away early in the morning, it’s other guests stomping, dragging furniture, and talking all night long. Even worse, the maids routinely holler to each other across the floors as if the entire hotel is one giant open-air hallway. The craftsmanship throughout the property is equally disappointing. The carpentry work is shoddy at best, with poorly fitted doors, gaps everywhere, and thin walls that seem to amplify sound instead of block it. The entire design creates an “eco-chamber” effect where every conversation, laugh, suitcase wheel, and slammed door bounces endlessly throughout the building. To top it off, the WiFi is so poor and unreliable that even basic functions barely work — at times it was impossible to even turn the TV off properly because the connection kept failing. If peace, quiet, sleep , reliable amenities, or quality construction matter to you at all, this is probably not the place to stay.

The best part of this hotel is the breakfast, better than 2 of the resorts we visited. The location is amazing, you are within walking distance of the Malecon and beaches. However, they are under construction, the pool is still out of service and we were not informed that prior to our visit.

El menú del desayuno fué fresco y suficiente. El personal atendió muy bien. La habitación muy limpia. El aire acondicionado mantuvo siempre una temperatura óptima.

Buen desayuno, y funcionó muy bien el aire acondicionado. La habitación pudo mejorar en cuestión limpieza pero de ahí en más está bien en relación precio
