Excellent service and great facilities. Will revisit.

The property is well thought out with all facilities close by but also far enough from each other to feel separated. The lobby is very welcoming and the staff friendly from the off. Welcome drinks and snacks greatly appreciated after traveling. The room is very spacious with good facilities. Beds are comfy - the pillows were not to my preference but I’m fussy so not a major issue. The food options are varied with lots of fresh local foods as well as international options. Service across all meals is excellent. The beach is well maintained, plenty of sun beds and close to the bar and toilets. The sea is perfect for snorkeling. The info on activities is readily available and we took part in several trips. The bus routes are easy to access, cheap and quick. The bus stop signage/info isn’t great and the bus website not easy to use but reception helped us out here. Staff were always friendly and never failed to greet us hello and goodbye. Evening entertainment is varied and atmosphere is good. Thanks to everyone for a great stay.

This place is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food is great. The bus stop is right out front and will take you around for a few euros. The only thing is our WiFi in our room didn’t work and it wasn’t fixed during our 4 night stay.

The hotel is nice but their "no reserving sunbeds with towels" policy is not enforced

The hotel was fabulous. My children all said it was the best hotel they’ve ever been to. Pool Is amazing, food options were great. My daughter is a coeliac and they were so kind with preparing food for her specially. She didn’t feel sick at all which means it must have been ok. Bungalow was great, yes the pool sun loungers are limited but one always came available. Music at the beach bar went on until past midnight which was ok but if you’re a lighter sleeper with young children maybe ask for a room away. Otherwise we have really had a wonderful time. Staff are lovely and very kind. 👍

Absolutely no faults on this hotel, 5 star experience from the rooms, cleanliness, staff cant help you enough aswell as everyone being so friendly and lovely. I will truely be back and try out all there other hotel locations aswell.

Lovely family friendly place with friendly staff. The highlights are the gorgeous pool that connects to the beach bar and beach. Tons of activities during the day and night. Staff is super friendly. Can’t wait to come back and stay at Dama Dama again.

Lovely spacious hotel. Staff very welcoming.

Room was absolutely nothing as described! We booked a Poolside Superior room, it wasn’t poolside and it definitely wasnt superior, my view was of a white wall and no sun whatsoever on the area outside, 100% not poolside!! Food was very repetitive, cleaners trolleys left outside on our patio at night, see photos attached

It was close to nearby shops and had its own shop as well that sold most items for tourists. Meals in the main restaurant were reasonable but not 5* Reception staff were slow at check in, I was offered rooms close together, as requested, then told I would have to pay another 300 Euros for one night! Our initial meet and greet young lady was very good

The staff at the hotel were amazingly kind & helpful. We had a bungalow room which was a stones throw from the beach and pool with a lovely terrace. Sun beds a plenty on the beach where we spent most of our days. Beach bar was great too.

All the staff was extremely kind and we really felt looked after.

The air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived & we kept having to go to reception. The maintenance just kept saying it was working. We were moved for the last 2 nights & as soon as we moved into new room the air conditioning could be felt. It was too hot to sleep in the room with none. They did give us a fab but it was t even clean

All in all, we enjoyed our stay but there were a lot left to be desired. Our sea-view room had a large aspect but the A/C could never cool it down making the nights quite unbearable. Kids pool area needs a renovation and what is marketed as a kids club only has a small room for colouring and a few toys outside. The staff are very friendly and polite but there has been chaos and miscommunication about simple arrangements at times. Check-in/out can be streamlined to be faster. The food was too simple, limited and repetitive over a five-day stay. The beach is not sandy but the sea is clear and wonderful. The large concrete jetty is not in use and sadly an eyesore which can be made into a feature. The on-site shop was quite handy, neighbouring water park was dated but still fun.

You can not fault the customer service at this hotel. Spotlessly clean, great variety of food and premium drinks available. Room was lovely with. Dual aspect balcony. The only comments are that the bathroom could do with an upgrade for a 5* hotel and shower could be more powerful. Also, buffet breakfast was not the warmest. Would recommend this hotel and will use again.

Horrible hotel. Old rooms with old uncomfortable matresses. No air conditioner neither in the hotel and facilities nor in the room- slept sweaty every night. Dirty pools. Old sun beds. Barely any water pressure in the shower. Bad food- found a hair in the pizza and a bee in the carrots. Barely room in the a la carte restaurants. Besides the receptions service every thing was horrible.
